I went snowboarding for the first time this season in Collingwood
and landed on my tailbone a few times real hard. Well doing Kegels and sometimes jelqs has been real painful. So I stopped for 2 weeks and have lost alot of gain in those departments. Just thought I’d post this since it never crossed my mind that it could happen. So the tip is avoid physical activity that hurts your ass!

Like other things in life, you don’t appreciate your ass enough until it’s ‘out of order’ right?

Don’t worry about the gains, when you carefully get back to exercise, they will come. Make sure to allow enough time for complete recovery.

It’s all good now, but have started to lose intrest in PE no gain in at least 3 months. I don’t want to overdue it and hurt myself and my routine just sucks its all over the place. Its either time to reORGANize my routine or just forget it. Anyways thanks for posting a reply.
