So I got a get tiny blister on the back of my glans after using my vac hanger, I haven’t had much time for PE during the week due to corona so Sunday I did a very long 6-7 hour hang session with only breaks to use the bathroom.

Its been about 5 days now and I still have a tiny blister on the back of my glans.

I use the vac extender with the silicone glans cap, ive been extending for months with no issue and I occasionally vac pump post stretching.

Now how long do I have to wait before using the vac extender again, ive almost debated on trying it with little tension and no vacuum on the cup just to maintain

Also, how do i prevent this from happening again? Did I hang to long or have to much vac ? can moisture cause it ?

I would wait until the blister has fully healed and then give it a few more days after that so that any microscopic damage also has time to heal.

I think you probably had too much vac rather than hanging too long! How are things going now?

I think that it could be one just as much as it could the other. I am extremely prone to blisters, so I have to make my adjustments in only one thing at a time and a small adjustment at that. So either time or weight, but not both. If weight, then possibly drop a few minutes even and work back up. Then adjust time next. There are lots of ways you can do it.

Each time I get one, I have to start over on my time because the skin is now new. Its VERY easy to blister that new skin too. Wait till its healed or the blister will grow and get deeper.
