I don’t know if this is actually an injurie but this is the deal: I have red spot on the head of my dick. It doesn’t hurt or itches, I don’t have any problems to urinate or to achive an erection. I just don’t want it there! Any suggestions?
You don’t say how you got it or how big it is.
Some spots and discoloration is normal for a begginning jelqer.
The fact that it doesn’t hurt probably means its not something you have to hold off your exercises for, but like I noted above - more info will get you more reliable replies.
