Ok, so there’s a theory that the reason your pc and bc are overly strong. That’s why your always clenching. Focus on relaxing these. Balance them

You most likely clenched your pc and bc muscles during masturbation at a young age. This makes your penis appear larger when erect, it feels better and makes you cum quicker. The extending just was the icing on the cake and sent your pelvic floor into a disaster. It’s a mess. It was already weak and stretching the penis , extending ,jelqing or overnasturbation (especially doing it while clenching) will send you into permanent hard flaccid. This is why ur not getting any relief from physios. Sticking fingers up the anus or using a therawand won’t cure anything. Ever.

The hanger pulled on your ic muscle making it weak. Now you have clenching and tension because your bc and pc muscles are being overworked and trying to accommodate for that weak muscle. So your pelvic floor is out of whack now completely.

You have 3 muscles there. The ic which is at the base of the dick, the pc which is along ur ass and the bc which is like the taint area. (Betweens anus and balls) pc and bc are right and being overworked because stretching, jelqing and using hangers make the ic muscle weak. Tight muscles are weak muscles. You need to strengthen the weak muscles (ic) and then the pc and bc will relax, thus stopping tightness, vowel problems, urinary frequency, pain, clenching etc

Guy, I appreciate your interest on my injury, but almost all of your many questions are already answered in my post. Not sure if you’ve read.

Sorry, but what is your point and suggestion, besides the generic “relax and balance”?

Obviously what your doing is not helping you if you’ve had over 50 sessions and feel no relief. But do you boo boo
