Question about weird spots on shaft

My penis has some pearly penile papules, these are basically tiny little spots underneath the glens. Anyway, lately after jelqing some of these spots turn red because they fill up with blood. This only happens to the ones that are on the frenulum and on one side of the shaft. After I stop the PE activity they remain red for a few hours but then they go back to being normal pink little dots outside of the skin. There is no pain associated with this but it still makes me a little bit worried. I tried to lay off PE for 2 -3 weeks and today I did some jelqs and the spots filled with blood once again. Now an hour after the exercise some of these are still red. Has anyone experienced this? should I be concerned?

I don’t have the same spots but I do have some sebaceous prominence and after 6months of PE suddenly one is hurting turned red but I think that’s due to be trying to squeeze it. Your problem makes it sound pretty impossible to PE. Maybe don’t jelq and try other methods like stretching, pumping, clamping which obviously since you haven’t jelqed much you should go very lightly so start off with squeezes. Hope I said something useful

I have been jelqing regularly for over a year now, and this has only started to happen since I added Horse squeezes a few month ago. What is sebaceous prominence?

Pretty much like these (Note the pictures are pretty extreme. Most people with it just has on their balls and lower dick.
