Pain in underside of head

Hey everyone, I recently restarted my routine back to square one. I do 10 to 15 minutes of jelqing and do horse squeezes every 5 minutes while I jelq. Unfortunately, the underside of the head of my penis

has been a little painful all of the sudden. It’s bearable, but there is a burning/itching sensation every now and then. Is it my urethra? Should I worry and what can I do to heal it? I’m guessing I should

just rest a week or so.

You can get that prickly pain in the head and its nothing to worry about. It usually goes away in a couple hours, you can use hot washcloths as a wrap to increase blood enrichment and healing.

It sounds like you injured the frenulum which is the tissue around your glans. Yes, it should heal on its own in a few days. If the glans area appears normal without black spotting (internal bleeding) and the pain is merely a annoying discomfort you should feel better in 3 to 5 days. Use heat wraps to enhance the healing. Don’t think about sex for about a week, and cool it on the horse style jelqs.

Upon feeling around more, the discomfort travels about halfway down the shaft on the underside, only when I put pressure on it though. Though I guess waiting 3 to 5 days and no sex :/ will fix it. Thanks.

I would recommend resting 20 days at least to be safe. Try to monitor your nocturnal erections and morning woods. You shall make full recovery

Ok so I began to think this over. Maybe it’s not PE at all. I can feel it almost from the glands to the base. It’s more of an itch than anything. I did have unprotected sex (without a condom) and I’m thinking maybe it is infected? My girlfriend doesn’t have any STI’s or anything, however I heard you can still get irritations and what not just from germs. It’s so hard to tell if its from PE or sex though. What do you guys think?
