Ozonated Olive Oil & Purple Bruises

I got a little overzealous hanging today with my 35lb kettlebell. I normally only do about 90 seconds, rest for 20 seconds, do 45 seconds, rest for 20 seconds, go again for 30 seconds, then more rest, 15 seconds, all for about 3 minutes… after working my way up from nothing over a few months. That is my complete length routine, which I rotate out every other length day for lots of manual stretching with a ballooned head. I do this only once or twice a week in between a clamp or high EQ day in the same fashion.

But today I decided to push it for as long as I could throughout the day to see where I stand. Apparently that’s 10minutes total, but I went for 2 more rounds and right at 12:00 total my shaft went from clear to covered in bruises…. Deep purple and red painful bruises. So that sucks, but it’s nothing I haven’t done to myself before. Luckily my last Christmas dad gave me some ozonated olive oil and this weird plant shit this old man concocted for some underground cancer clinic in OK. I have no clue what’s in it but it smells like curry and plant shit, but works well on bruises from what I’ve seen.

I’m going to give the ozonated olive oil a shot (because you guys can find this for pretty cheap) and see if it helps cut down healing time for me. I seem to be able to heal cuts and muscle soreness faster than most, it’s a hereditary trait. But I’m not really worried about it either way. Erections still happen, and abstinence will help my workouts over the next week. So sorry, no complaints or worried posts from me today.:)

I guess it’s my right…. I really just feel embarrassed injuring myself when I have enough experience to know better. It’s nothing like when I used to do 1,000 wet jelqs 3 times a week but it’s pretty bad, or it was last night.

I haven’t even slept yet, frequent insomnia… but the bruises have lightened up a great deal and are just red now. I think the it was rubbing an ice cube on it at first, then a long hot bath, and finally using the ozonated olive oil and taking aspirin that really helped. Ok, masturbation helped too.

With any luck I should be completely healed in 4 days or less, maybe more like 2-3. I exercise a lot, fast daily, take 1-2 aspirin a day in ECA, and never seem to stay banged up for long. Just lucky I guess.

You know you will be fine, you know your body, embarrassed of course, we always are when we step out of bounds, we like to lift big and be big, I still remember straining Trap attachments doing big Hammer curls. Two months of feeling like a pussy lifting light (even worse I lift on my own and still felt like a pussy) . But the best part is you do know your body, you know where you are at, and from what I read you are healthy and in control.

You strained your trap doing curls? Oh man, I’ve done that too… and everything from obliques while curling to any small muscle you can think of, and plenty of ligaments and joints along the way. Best decision of my life was picking up calisthenics and doing body weight movements first. I mean things like push ups done slow all the way till your nose/chin touches the floor, nice and slow, followed by bench presses. You’ll end up losing lighter weights than before but working a lot more muscles over all. It’s really a challenge and I haven’t had any injuries doing this as of yet. Still working with the basics though, so it’s going to be about another year before I can do one handed pushups and pullups and bench over 200lbs on the same day. It’s hard to predict actually, I only work with rest-pauses and negatives, one exercise per muscle group, and strength comes on super quick.

Well, it worked. I’ve been using the ozonated olive oil just once a day at bed time and taking an aspirin or two everyday. The bruises were completely gone by Thursday, 5 days after the injury which was pretty bad, but I wanted to give it another day just to be sure. The only bad thing about it was it got really itchy after the second day, which I think is a good sign it’s working. Then on Thursday I woke up with the best raging EQ I’ve had in a long time.:D

I could swear I’ve grown more in between injuries where I work my dick harder less often. I don’t measure every month, but I could tell with just my hands I’m gaining girth quickly. I’m trying something new with ABA BAB days hitting length and girth both 3 times each in two weeks with just one exercise for length and one exercise for girth. Today that was just 20 minutes non stop of clamping. I’ve got some spotting, so I’ll see how ozonated olive oil heals that in the next couple of days.

I forgot how much I used to like PE. But I like it even more now that I PE the way I workout… HIT much less often growing more than I have in years.

Great to hear you have recovered well, and are back PEing, it’s great when you find the groove that works for you. I get you on the body work too, I do all sorts of crazy stuff like pushups to failure between bench press sets, farmers carries between dead lift sets, that one knocks me about.
