I know exactly what that is!
It is a blood blister from too much pressure. I used to get them from over pumping at extremely high (10hg+ pressures) for shorter time. It shouldn’t be painful but either way you’re going to need to use hot therapy a few times a day and avoind pe until it goes away. I know it sucks but you do not want to burst it and have trouble with PI for weeks after.
Keep in mind that blood pressure for an erection is around 3-4”hg or anything under 20lbs hanging, but it also doesn’t hurt to go with the old nurse’s tourniquet rule of no more than 15 min EVER! So just divide your sessions for time at 10 min starting out, with 10min off edging to get blood flow going, and repeat for sets. As always take it slow and stop before you lose your ability to get an erection.
