I though I injured myself with a stressed nerve in the penis head about 2 months ago so i took time off. I got this kind of cold and numb feeling after I put on my clamp which i never got before. The feeling slowly went away after a couple of days but i decided to take extra time off just to be cautious. So i started up pe again last week with five 5 minute jelq and clamp sessions of 5 minutes each and i felt fine afterwards. Well I tried working out again a couple of days ago and that same feeling came back right underneath the left side of my penis head but with no coldness this time. It doesnt hurt i guess it just feels kind of sore but i don’t know what to do now. Have I done perminent damage to that area? I don’t know what did it the jelqing ot the clamping but should I continue pe? If i could please get some feedback i would be greatful. Thank You!
