I have lost everything after PE with LG hanger

Besides doctors, there are some people from my family who already saw the exams too, and they don’t know about PE. The content would be published in this forum, and available for everybody, and I am not interested on this.

And as I said, I don’t see anyone to publish their exams here.

If you think I am lying or something (I don’t know why I would do that), it is up to you, I don’t care.
I don’t have to prove anything.

Ok your choice, I hope you will get well soon, keep updated

Eletroneuromiography showed nerve damage, in pudendals and dorsal nerve of penis, after being stretched.

That’s why the insisting HF synthoms, muscle contraction (nerves control muscles, and ‘eletrical’ signals are wrong due to they damage) and all sensitivity loss.

That’s it.

That’s unfortunate for sure, nerves can repair although it can take months.
I still find it hard to believe that you caused that from 40mins @ 2lbs though, that’s less pull than most extenders and guys wear them for 10-12 hours a day.
Best of luck with recovering.

“Many months” are not on the tablet anymore.
My injury was one year ago.

I appreciate your reply, but I think people in here usually like to compare cases of injury with “success” cases, like “there are guys who have used this or that PE method, even with more force or weight, and nothing bad happened.”

I suggest you to remember INUMEROUS cases of very, very similar PERMANENT synthoms, aftee supposely mild force/weight, even like light jelq for 2 ir 3 weeks, and many others.

People need to understand that when you pull your penis, whatever the PE method, you are basically stretching muscles and nerves of penis and pelvis, and the response comes. Suddenly.

I don’t think most people are disputing that.

Equally though if it’s possible to have such an instant injury from such “mild force” as you put it from PE then you could just as likely have a similar injury from rough sex or masturbation.

This site and the sites of most PE equipment sellers/manufactures include warnings that there is a risk.

I wouldn’t give up hope, completely severed nerves can regrow.

And with the nerve damaged revealed there is no anxiety issue which slows down the healing process?

I am not going to urologist, but with a doctor especialized in neurodysfunction of pelvic floor.

Based on eletroneuromiography, he suspects of neurotmese or axonotmese (partial damage or complete burst) of small ramifications of pudendal and dorsal nerve of penis.

I am already on anxiety meds for about 6 months, and the “healing process” is quite finished after one year, and this should be my final status, as a lot of people here who has reported nerve damage synthoms.

I used to masturbate sometimes and never has any problem.
About PE and its methods and devices, the question here is not to say if there are risks or not, but the fact that those risks are continuously underated, and warnings always very minimized.

I bought the LG hanger, for example, and there is absolutely NO Warnings in the received package about possible issues. Nothing.
Also, I see posts here from LG saying that their device avoids nerve damage because does not constrict the penis as BIB, and so (??) it would be ok by a neurological perspective, etc, etc.
Not true. Simply not true.

So, simply to say that there are risks and some warnings is absolutely not true. People here, especially mods, underate the risks and how much this is dangerous. We see this to happen when someone is injured and the advice is “take some weeks rest and you can start again”, or when they just highlight the risks after someone got a permanent injury (“oh, but you should know, there are risks…so now, don’t complain…”)

Nobody’s saying “don’t complain”
In fact this thread is full of nothing but sympathy and guys offering advice.
There are risks and there are warnings, fact.
And mods do not “underate the risks” if you think they do give me some examples.

Hello Yesler,

First of all, hope you can find a way to have your life back. There are still alternatives, even if you have to go for an implant or so (hope you don’t need this at all, but don’t think your sexual life is over, there are alternatives).

I’m also from Brazil and I’m studying as much as I can before start my PE journey. Now I suffer from ED due to porn habits. I’m already getting better, but I still need meds to have a good erection. So, no PE for now.

I would like to ask about your routine. It would be nice for all in this forum to understand how success and injury cases happens. With more information, maybe we all can benefit from “safe” routes on this journey.

Also I would like to give you a recommendation. You should talk to your doctor before trying anything, but, at least, it worth talking.

About your routine:
- How much time warming up? Do you know the temperature, or can you describe how hot?
- Did you worm down?
- How many rests days do you get? How was your PE schedule?
- Any other exercise combined with LG hanger?

I understand if you don’t want to answer. But a detailed description of your routine is something that can help many of thunders.

The recommendation is, try to get an Infrared massager. It’s something that would cost R$150,00 to R$400,00 (I did that research, Brazilian price). It work well for muscles relaxation. The heat relax the tissues, infrared take this heat to deepest areas, and the massage helps activating cells. It may help your pelvic pain. Don’t know if it will help on the nerve damage, but maybe. Talk to your doctor first.

Hope you get better.

Hello,
Most of details of my routine is already described in my initial post.
Warm-up of about 15-20min.
1 or 2 days off a week.
No other method of PE.

I think I already gave some good examples, as well some specific comments about the “warnings” of the methods and devices.

I’m reading the book “The ultimate guide to male enhancement” from AJ “Big Al” Alfaro.

Don’t know if it’s a good book or not. Fist thing I saw that it’s newbie routine is much lighter than the newbie routine from thunders. This book have lots of tips for all kind of PE, ED, Sex drive… One thing I notice is, for every PE method, he always mention a rest week. For hanging, he shows routines that increases time sessions day by day for a week, increase weight next week, but reset time session… Doing this for 6 weeks and resting a full week at 7th.

One important thing is about pain. Pain should never be experienced (by this book). Have you ever been in pain and kept hanging anyway? Do you ever felt that your dick was tired and you kept the schedule?

Also, report back your healing process. Are you better? Any progress?

I know it’s a delicate matter and may be hard to talk about it.

Wish you best.

Do some light reading you’ll see most if not all of us mods are constantly warning guys to be safe. We preach slow and steady. We preach not to use devices until you’ve become a vet at PE. I mean come on man that comment is total bullshit.

Guy, I used only 2lbs for 6 months, not increased weight or time, and resting enough all week.
I never had any pain before the injury to explode…

I would like here to provoke here…just a little…the opinions and recommendations of “BigAl”, the CEO of Pegym (a BUSINESS fully based on PE) are based in what? Science? Or what?

For example, if I am injurying my nerves, and doing PE, what is the point in rest some days or not? When you are back to PE you are just starting to stretch and damage them again. The rest time means nothing in these cases.
You are injurying…so you stop to injury…so you start to injury again…this is progressive and at some time everything explodes..
So, to rest could be recommended, but actually means nothing If you are damaging your body…you até only postponing the injury, nothing else.
