Feel A Tear

Hello, a year ago I was experimenting with bundle Streaching, when I was doing the streach I felt a sharp pain on my penis, at that period I also went into a break up whitch changed my life ( iam just reporting because the injury happened on top of an intense event) I can feel a little gap with my nail, when I get erect it hurts and I can feel the gap, not huge, but it feels like a tear,it’s been sitting there for a year, I can get erect but not the same size because when I have an erection the tear will streach abit and get hard and it will cause pain, any tips for that?

Have you had a doctor evaluate it?

No I haven’t, the penis is ok, it’s just the tear I want to fix, docs won’t help me, anyway, maybe I will visit, but they might say I need surgery and Iam not doing that for a Streaching injury.
