Okay I’m 24 as of last month. I have had shitty 60-70% erections since puberty (barely enough to bust a nut.) I barely watched porn then and I only do when I do girth exercises now. I’ve never had issues with being addicted to porn and never had problems getting it up. Its just a matter of getting hard enough.
I have been able to remedy this issue with a cockring but it starts to hurt after a while during rough sex or while having it on for more than an hour. When I was doing PE religiously for 4 months: I had frequent erections, morning wood, and made progress with orgasms and shooting range but my ED DID NOT IMPROVE.

I’m going to head to the doctor for cialis/viagra and see if those help. But I want to get 90-100% rock hard erections that most of you guys have without the use of medicine or a cockring eventually. Its a hassle and I’d rather fix the issue all together instead of bandaiding. So ANY ADVICE is appreciated. Any scans or stuff like that to see if there is a physical problem with my dick?

My previous routine that I did for 4 months:
Clamping 3 sets of 10 mins with 10 min breaks with warm ups.
Manual stretching 30sec-1min
Kegeling with sets of holding, fast, slow, hard reps, progressive overload by adding time or reps.

I don’t know, but consulting an actual doctor about it is definitely a better way to go than asking a bunch of random dudes on the internet. Myself included.

See you doctor and tell him to run a full hormonal panel. I experienced ED when I hit 50 and it turned out that my T dropped to 212 in less than six months. T replacement resolved most of the issue Based on the results, the two of you can work out a plan of action, which may or may not require meds.

What is your health like? Are you obese? Do you exercise or practice good nutrition? Smoke, drink or do drugs? All of these factors can affect erection quality.

I also notice you don’t have jelqs in your routine, I think those are much better for you right now then clamping. Jelqing can help with EQ amazingly if done right.

Here is more information:

I haven’t been to the gym in 3 weeks while on a BULK. I am not obese(smore slimish), vegan as hell, I probably smoke 420 once a couple months and I haven’t drank in 4 months. I never had EQ issues with clamping although this was a previous routine in the past.
I’m also going to throw out that my EQ has been more or less the same with and without the routine. You’d think I’d see an improvement even if its minor in terms of EQ.
My current routine is jelqs and manual stretching, nothing negative so far. Slight itching after jelqs which I heard is a good thing. No turtling whatsoever.
I’d also like to note that being on a bulk helped my morning wood frequency as well. But I still have ED.

My ED erection is basically semi erect, softish, with a slightly deflated head like a 5-6/10. Whereas with a cockring, its like a 7-8/10 with the head engorged, prominent veins, and firm enough for pleasurable sex for both sexes.
