blue spot(vein)

hey i just started pe , and after my 2nd newbie routine , i noticed i have a blue spot , i checked and its a tiny vein , i stopped now…

what sould i do ?

1. Read the Forum Guidelines about posting style.

2. As you do PE your veins will enlarge and become more visible. As long as you didn’t burst it (and cause a bruise) you can continue your exercises. If it’s a bruise, you might want to wait a couple days then start again.
