What am I doing wrong with Bib hanger fit?

What am I doing wrong with Bib hanger fit?

I am having trouble achieving a proper fit with the bib hanger. I am 7.5x5.5 erect, hanging from flaccid though. I have read and watched video of wrapping. I am using a 2inx15in cloth underwrap with a 1.5inx15in theraband overwrap, secured with scotch tap. I have the top gap slightly more than the bottom gap and I am seated at the bottom of the hanger. I squeeze the blood out of my glans prior to attaching the hanger.

I confirmed that I can comfortably wear the wrap for an extended amount of time without restricting blood flow to the glans. However, after I apply the hanger the glans will turn rather dark approaching 10 minutes, even when not hanging any weight. If I loosen the gaps to the point where my head no longer looses circulation then it feels like I am only grabbing/stretching skin when I go to apply weight, even light weight.

What am I doing wrong? I read about people grabbing the internals and hanging for extended periods of time so I assume it is possible to do this without limiting circulation the the head.

Compression hanging works be squeezing the penis together to grab it. This restricts blood flow and the result is the bit of the penis after the attachment point doesn’t get any (well not much) fresh blood. So the glans etc get discoloured and cold. This becomes noticeable around the 10 minute mark and gets gradually worse up to the 20 minute mark. Most people don’t compression hang for any longer than 20 minutes in one set.

This can even happen if you are not hanging any weight as you are still restricting the blood flow. Sounds like you are not doing anything wrong, it’s just part of the process

The hanging video on this website is incorrect; furthermore, even if you saw a video of someone applying the perfect attachment technique, it would still probably take months to master.

Tighten the hanger a little bit, then push it forward just below the glans. Then you remove the blood, tighten a little bit more, wait a few seconds, and repeat. You have to keep removing blood multiple times after waves of tightening, rather than just remove the blood once and then tighten the hanger all the way.

The crucial part of this is what you are doing with your left hand. The hanger has to be constantly pushed forward with your penis fully stretched out while tightening, or else blood will return.

You need to be pushing forward on the hanger all the way to the end while keeping your left thumb pressed down below the glans. Keeping the left thumb pressed is what allows you to keep forward pressure without sliding the device past the glans during the tightening process.

This is the best I can explain it, I recommend you ask Bib for help. But the attachment process should take a couple of minutes to ensure no blood returns. Good luck.

I’m having similar problems withdrawing the blood and I didn’t understand Bib’s instructions. Should I position the hanger next to my glans and then squeeze it to make the blood back to my body and then squeeze the hanger more and then squeeze the glans again and so on? Please, some good friend can help me? Thanks!

Did you ever get the help you need?

Blood in the glans is always an issue, but first things first:
1. Your cloth under wrap needs to be somewhat loose, but not too loose. It should be able to turn freely around your unit.
2. Start your Tband wrap and that should be snug but not too tight. Bib has said your finished wrap should still allow you to urinate with it on.
3. Once your stable bundle is created, attach your hanger, which should be close to your circumcision scar. I give the hanger a good squeeze and flick the top wing nut. After this, I grab my glans and squeeze the blood out and maintain the squeeze, all the while tightening the hanger and pulling out loose skin.
4. Once it’s tight enough, I let go of my glans and start pulse pushing to get over the “hump” and let the hanger settle into place, grasping the internals and forming the “shoulders.”
5. Tighten a few more, but not too tight and pull the hanger by the strap to make sure it’s locked in place.
6. Attach the weights and happy hanging.

You will still get a cold unit and it may still turn purple after your 20 minutes. Be sure to do some BTB jelqs to restore blood flow. After 10 minutes, repeat the process. Hope this helps.

Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

Originally, I was only hanging the skin and not grasping the internals at all. I discovered this when I first started hanging straight out where skin is not a limiting factor and the hanger would invariably slide painfully towards my head.

Please read this post I made a while back now. There was at least one member who learned proper technique from my tips. Maybe it can help you as well.

How I attach the hanger!

This is great instructions on the process to attach the Bib hanger. Wish I had this when I used the Bib Hanger. Thanks for sharing
