Low weight increment hanging routine.

Hi guys,

I noticed a 5 mm loss since 2018, so I started a new hanging routine in November 2023 with my old BIB starter.

Initial weight 2,5 pounds, +0,0625 pounds / week, 4 hours of hang time per day, no rest days.

Now after 6 weeks I already gained 5 mm, exactly what I had lost. No injuries, some discoloration of the foreskin.

Of course I will continue.

Progress is fast, as expected from my restart in 2018.

Minor problems with discoloration, edema at the underside and discomfort required a 36 hours break.

Now I’m am compressing the bib a little less and things are working much easier.

Yes, I am using a heating pad a few minutes before, during, and a few minutes after the hanging sessions, mainly to make sure that my glans remains warm. A cold glans feels feels uncomfortable and intuitively is not good for erectile function.

Many guys in this forum believe that heat facilitates progress, there are even some scientific indications supporting this idea. Double benefit.

From my studies on the effects of thermal heat and connective tissue, Heat is essential to the process of PE stretching and produce effective gains. The best to you on your new PE endeavor and looking forward to reading your journey.

How about heat immeadiatly befor and after hanging sessions. Warm up - warm down or cooldown? What is your opinion?

Hello there,

I’m around, but no PE. If I didn’t have a live in girlfriend I would probably be hanging already. I may decide to go for it doing it stealthy, but it would be inconvenient for sure.

I figure I lost about half an inch in length since I quit PE. Stable around 17 cm / 6.7" BPEL. From past experience, those are quickly regained.

Any news?

My all time high was 19 cm in 2008, now I am at 19.1 - 19.2 cm. Its going really well.
I understand that hanging requires privacy. However, if you talked to your lady it would be easier.

What are you shooting for? Interestingly, I think our all time high are around the same size. My all time goal have always been the magic 20 cm. I think I would be supremely happy there and not wish for anything more.

Does your lady know if you have one?

I’ve considered sharing it, but feel that maybe it’s a bit too weird. Also, she doesn’t seem to be interested in any more size as I’m plenty big for her already it seems… :)

I am just as humble as you are: 20 cm will be fine for me. Many years ago I promised to make a 1000 $ donation to thundersplace once I reach this aim.

My lady knows in principle but told me recently, that she likes my dick like now: not one half blue as before when I was hanging higher weights. Also, she thinks it is not necessary at all (true, she is very tight and easily orgasms repeatedly from penetrative sex alone.

I’m just curious what your opinion is for someone like me who only has about an hour a day to PE.

I was thinking of either going relatively low weight for the whole hour. Or maybe doing sets of higher weight.

Low weight for me is about 5lbs. It’s comfortable enough to go long periods. The main issue is I use a vac cup and at higher weights, it starts to get uncomfortable at longer durations. I think this would be a great option if I had a little more time. Like maybe 2hrs at least.

Higher weight for me is 7-10lbs. It’s not hard at all for the first maybe 10 minutes. But it does put a lot of stress on my gland. No pain, just uncomfortable. I also don’t want to increase my weight more then I have to. 10lbs is the max I have reached for short periods. 7lbs is normal.

Maybe you could incrementally load the weight? Start very light and add weights over the time period until you get to something over the low weight. That way you are only at the higher weight for a short amount of time.

I am a big fan of incremental loading.
