I’ll do a quick recap and then place all the things Firegoat recommends to place.
- Water pumped at 5 PM
- CockRing and Sex 9 PM
- 20 min of great sex in 5 positions then switched > To a missionary position that I might have been rubbing up against her pelvic bone (I think)
- I felt a sudden strain, I did not hit the cervix and did not do a painful thrust. But all of a sudden an internal bruise feeling. I’m not going to say a pop but it felt like an instant soreness and un comfort, I immediately took off the Cock Ring, got a hard-on, and finished sex lightly. I could feel the strain almost instantly when it happened, I believe it is my left side internal shaft, and my glans top left also feel a bit bruised/sensitive. On a pain index maybe a 2 of 10 - instant level discomfort.
- I gave it two sessions of RED +NIR pad and I think it felt better with in 24 hours
Since then I have had periodic, like 5 times a day an instant discomfort like a soreness or numb bruised feeling for only a second or two. Nothing exterior, no inflammation, and no real pain. I have had erections with no real pains since it happened. I am on day 4 of the strain. If I press against my pants I can feel it at times.
This is my first PE injury although I would say it is more of an internal strain? I’m not going to PE until it goes away. This was the first time I pumped and then later that night placed a cock ring. I usually only do one or the other. Some of my earlier conclusions or thoughts moving forward.
1. I might have pumpd and cockring too soon, the D was huge
2. I might have pumpd and then used too strong of a cockring. If I do that again I will use a lighter band, or do over cock and balls cockring if I am having Sex
3. My dick is still in PE mode and I might have been overdoing it with 4 days of hand-hanging /jelqing before that.
4. I might have just been grinding too hard in a position that could bruise the penis, I need to make sure I stay in safe positions when using a cockring.
I wanted to place this up, in case this helps someone or if this has happened to someone. I will report back on how long it took to heal and if it ever comes back, which I hope it never happens again.

Hey everyone,
My name is ranchluvver and this is my first post on the forum. I would like to thank the moderators for creating and sustaining such a forum for so many years. While I have read some threads before, I never actually took the time to make an account. So here I am!
My journey with PE started in 2020. I measured 5.9x5.5, and so I figured a bit of length would not hurt my member to make it visually a little less chodey (not that there is anything wrong with chodey). I decided I was going to attempt for length using manual jelqs. I was very uninformed at the time- and being so young (only 18)- I did not have the best taste for judgement. As the wise firegoat says, it was "too much, too soon." I pulled on my member by the glans with such a force, that I felt some pain and then noticed my member later that evening retracting back into itself. From then on, things such as both erectile dysfunction and shrinkage has occurred.
Unfortunately, this has not gotten any better. I tried a long period of rest, which was not fruitful. I have tried using a vacuum erection device and daily cialis to keep my member saturated with a healthy bloodflow. I believe this may have mitigated what may have possibly been a far worse damage over the years. However, it has not been good enough to redeem any sense of normalcy in my life. These irritating symptoms continue to persist:
-soft glans and spongiosum during erection
-an hourglass indentation that occurs only in the flaccid state
-penile retraction in the flaccid state
-lack of bloodflow in the flaccid penis (often purple and cold)
-loss of length and girth
-erectile dysfunction (non-responsive to PDE5 inhibitors)
My latest journey has been using PGE1 injection combined with BPC-157 to help rehab the penis. This has successfully allowed me enjoy sex once again for the first time in a while, however it does not help address the penile retraction.
In a desperate search for things that could help promote smooth muscle relaxation in the corporal bodies of my penis, I stumbled upon a few things that I would enjoy the communities opinion on:
-Rho Kinase Inhibitors
-Phentolamine
-Doxazosin
My goal is to create a potent synergistic effect that will relax the smooth muscle in my penis around the clock (hence the Rho K inhibitors, Alpha Blockers, and PDE5 Inhibitors), coupled with periodic usages of prolonged erection, but not necessarily priapism (hence the PGE1+Phentolamine).
I’d like to hear from the forum their opinions on all these ideas I have going on. Additionally, I’d like to hear additional suggestions. I am open to all criticism so long as it is respectful and I hope to create a discussion here that will benefit other men in similar positions as well.
P.S. I apologize if this thread comes off as "hijacking" the penis enlargement forum. It is one of the only threads I am allowed to post to, and my intentions are completely honest here in looking for help. Thank you
Hey
I hope this is in the right field. Last years I ve noticed that my penis and balls retracts. This annoyes me alot. I understand when its cold outside and when I ve excercised. But this occur 5 out of 7 days. Even when i wake up.
Anyone else suffer from this? Can it have something to do with blood flow or my recent anxiety?
Hi I’m new to the forum (and PE in general). Hopefully someone can help me move this to the injuries forum.
I’m a 36yo in good health. Not a ton of exercise lately but often a lot of jogging and moderate weight lifting. Smaller than average in height/weight. Somewhat regular alcohol/marijuana under.
I’m on minoxidil & Finasteride for hair growth (recent hair transplant procedure). I take Aleve fairly regularly for neck/back pain. Generally healthy eating habits. No diagnosed mental or physical conditions besides chronic neck pain.
I started PE a few weeks ago, relatively light stretching & manual jelq (5-10 mins in shower). About 5 days ago when I woke up I noticed a pretty significantly firm vein and noticeable swelling on the right side of shaft. It gives my penis a leftward curve.
The vein is sensitive and a bit uncomfortable to touch but not painful. Swelling feels fine. It has gotten a little bit better over the last couple days but certainly not gone. No additional pain/discomfort when erect.
No medical opinion yet. Trying to gauge the severity and how much I should be concerned. Stopped all PE. Trying to avoid activity but I have had sex/masturbated (no noticeable pain). I’ve been applying light compression for a few minutes at a time, as often as I’m able.
Does this condition sound/look familiar to anybody? Possibly it will recover with time?
Thank you!
Twice in 4 month, after a water pump or jelq session that I may have pushed a bit too hard, I felt a bit of discomfort to almost what I would call a muscle strain. I immediately gave it 30 min with NIR + RED pad and it took it away or helped it feel better sooner.
I know that anytime you mess up your back or neck the first thing they recommend is heat. Any correlation between this with PE? I don’t know. I just want this message to go to the universe if it helps someone or if we can build on this to see what best practices could be after you pushed a bit too hard.
Has anyone else had a positive experience with this New/Old NIR treatment for PE?
As always please note that I ALWAYS warm up before any session.
We all love newbies. We hate idiot newbies. Don’t be an idiot, newbie! This thread is actually to protect the idiots and maybe make them good newbies before they even start.
Name some things we need to say to weed out the ones that will hurt themselves.
- Ask yourself, if you invest 2 years of your time and you gain nothing but strong EQ or up to 1/16 of an inch would you do it? If you answer NO, PE is not for you. You can have an objective to reach 1/2+ inches but when you push that hard with that mentality, you will hurt yourself.
- You must be on Thundersplace reading threads for at least 100 hrs before you start a newbie routine and or post anything.
- Will you do more than just PE? If you answer NO, PE is not for you. You must have other objectives, working out for some level of fitness, education, money, hobby etc. You are going down a path of discipline. PE has to be done in parallel with another project that is not a short-term project.
- You never question the time it takes to do something if you are thinking about it half-ass or if you will reach X objective by doing the minimum because of time. You would never tell a bodybuilder you have X objective but you only have time to do a little, they would look at you like a dumb ass, that is how newbies asking those questions are treated here. The same as any discipline. Going all in does not mean forcing yourself to any extreme. That also does not mean we don’t want you to start extremely slow, it just means you can’t do this occasionally or with time on your mind because that is not a part of PE.
- This is not an extreme sport, this is a marathon at a walking pace. Never a run or sprint but occasionally a power walk can be useful for *some, maybe even that is not for you.
- You must trust the process
- Always trust the vets when they say don’t do X more than X, they have burned themselves already and are telling you to not touch the flame on the fire. LISTEN.
A few to start:
Hello peepee pullers.
I am currently on a routine which involves 20-30 minutes of inverted V stretches.
So I have to grip under my glans, stretch my penis over a cylinder and downwards.
The only problem is that I am uncut, so no matter how hard I grip, when I pull even with moderate force, my hand will reach the glans and I have to partially grip the glans for the stretch.
I wrap a cotton band about 1 inch under my glans and all over my glans.
But after I hold the stretch for 2-3 minutes, the tip of the glans is a little "deformed", and more purple. 5 seconds helicopter shake and the color is completely normal and I can still see some marks on the glans, from the wrap.
My question is: even if the glans looks normal at the end of the workout (maybe a little dehydrated), am I doing something wrong?
Can I cause slow but unhealthy damage in the glans?
Any suggestions on how I can perform this stretch more efficiently?
I am considering circumcision anyway…
"Thrombophlebitis is an inflammatory process occurring in veins that leads to the formation of blood clots (thrombi)".
I can’t say for sure, since I am not a medical expert, but I think something like this happened to me.
It’s like a small portion of a rope (3-4 cm) with some knots along the length of the portion. No pain, no discomfort. Just a pretty hard "rope" with lumps, just under my skin (it moves with the skin, just like veins do.
I am interested if this happened to anyone here (well I am pretty sure it happened to dozens of dudes on this forum, just hope they read this) and if they stopped PE until it went away. From what I have read, they are pretty harmless and go away on their own in about a month.
I would like not to take a break right now, but if I must, I will.
So if anyone had to deal with such a thing, please mention your experience.
Thank you and keep on grinding those gains!
Hello
Yesterday I noticed something on the left side of my shaft, close to the base and under the skin. It’s something like a 1.5 cm thing with a veiny texture. I squeezed it gently and it sort of "melted" beneath the skin. The texture felt like a somehow stronger fat tissue. But it appears again, same position, same veiny texture. When I move my skin up and down the shaft (I am uncut), the fragment moves with the skin, but I can also move it under the skin.
I only do manual exercises: dry jelqs and long hold inverted V stretches
I am sure this is nothing new for some people, just hope the right persons will read this and let me know what this is and how to deal with it.
Cheers!
I use a vac hanger and after a session i noticed that i have these veins bulging out on my glans, basically on the tip of the glans near the frenulum (on both sides) There is no pain but sometimes when I feel discomfort from hanging thats where the discomfort seems to be originating from and also it just looks odd. Its almost as if the veins are gradually coming out more and more to the surface if that makes any sense. Is this normal or a cause for concern? Im afraid that they will pop out or something lol.
After a session they dont bulge out that much anymore and there is no pain when getting an erection.
Hey, I know this is not suppose to be in this forum type but I need some advice.
My account is to new to post in the injury section. I hope someone will help out?
I over-pumped my penis for 1 hour in the cylinder that was a little to
Tight and on the end of my Glands I got a clear like pea size
Blister on-top of the glands. From friction on one side of the cylinder.
What can I do? I need some advice on how to treat this blister.
I’ve noticed an indentation that wraps around my entire penis, occurring approximately one inch below the glans.
When fully erect, my MSEG measures 5.5 inches, but within the indented section, it measures 5 inches.
Upon gently but firmly pressing into the tissue just below the glans, I can feel a thick, lumpy string that extends all the way up to the glans. This ‘thickened lumpy string’ is not present at the base of my penis. It seems to start about halfway up the shaft and becomes thicker as it approaches the glans. Additionally, I’ve become aware of the difference in firmness between the base and the tip of my penis.
After certain clamping sessions, I sometimes experience a sharp, crusty pain in this indented area where the ‘thickened lumpy string’ is located.
I had never considered the possibility of having Peyronie’s disease, and I assumed that this feature was common among all penises, so I never sought medical attention for it. I do not experience any significant bending, except for a slight upward curve.
My journey into penile enlargement began three years ago when I initially fashioned a hanger using a sock and tied a shoelace behind my glans. I would hang water bottles from it for approximately one hour. I did this quite regularly but eventually abandoned it because it was uncomfortable and prone to slipping. Instead, I invested in a vacuum hanger and have been intermittently using it over the past three years. However, in the past two months, I’ve experienced a noticeable increase of 0.5 inches in length from hanging straight down with the application of heat.
I’d like to hear from others about their experiences in obtaining prescriptions for similar treatments. Specifically, I’m looking into acquiring Verapamil Gel. I’m hesitant to go directly to a urologist, which can be costly, around $150, especially if my condition turns out to be minor. Instead, I’m considering discussing my situation with a GP and inquiring about the possibility of obtaining a prescription for Verapamil gel without an initial urologist visit. Has anyone else taken this route, and was it successful?
So during my first PE experience in 2011+ 2012 I used oil-based lube. I got some small gains I was very happy with, however during that time and for 11 years, I always felt that my frenulum would almost hold back the tip of my dick. Almost like my dick wanted to get longer but the Frenulum (or maybe skin) was preventing this, my Frenulum is not short and before PE I don’t remember this issue.
For the last 4 months, I got back to PE with some small good gain. This time I started using coconut oil, the liquid kind and I feel like my frenulum is stretching to the full potential of my new gains, no longer do I feel like it is preventing the tip from growing to its full-length potential. My overall skin in flaccid mode has stretched as well nicely over my flaccid dick and I don’t remember that happening with oil-based lube. Did my skin grow on the shaft and has it placed less stress on the Frenulum?.. I don’t know.
Has anyone had this? I am not sure if it is the coconut oil or if it was just time rested and age (early 40s) and or my 3rd newbie routine. I can only say that my overall perception of coconut oil has been positive.
Please update if you have had frenulum success and or coconut oil success in general. I will keep reporting back but I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced the same, or if this helps anyone. As noted in other threads, it does seem we need to keep applying during routines with more coconut oil vs oil based.
Please include the following when posting:
Grower or Shower: Grower
Flaccid Skin improvement: Yes
Frenulum improvement: Yes
For a while now I have been convinced that I caused damage to my penis through PE in some way. Erections are hard to gain and are hard to maintain. These symptoms of traditional ED seem parallel to symptoms of ED caused by pelvic floor dysfunction. So how do you know the difference? I have a referral to a urologist to cover all my bases but that will likely be a long waiting time. Does anyone know ways to differentiate between the two causes of ED?
Hello all,
I’m definitely not a PE veteran or anything like that.. So I’m just wondering, when you have an injury, are there warning signs before you really hurt yourself, or is sudden out of the blue. When you have a routine and it’s working so far, do you just wake up one day with a serious injury leading to impotence? I guess maybe there’s exceptions but what is your experience?
I’m not writing this for me… I’m writing this for people who tend to act before they think like myself. I’m sure you’ve read that jelqing can cause permanent erectile dysfunction all over the web, but no one seems to elaborate on how and why this happens, so we don’t always take it seriously. At least I didn’t… I’m sure it has it’s benefits if you’re in luck and if done properly but this thread isn’t about that. Jelqing can lead to fibrosis in the corpus cavernosum. A healthy corpus cavernosum swells up with blood during an erection and pushes up against the tunica albuginea to create that rock hard erection. When healthy corpus cavernosum tissue is repetitively damaged through jelqing, the healthy tissue turns into fibrosis that can’t fill with blood and swell into a proper erection. Fibrosis is like scar tissue, it’s hard and stubborn and is not going to budge. Erectile function can be boiled down to two mechanisms: blood in and blood out. Blood in refers to the penis filling up with blood through psychological or manual stimulation. Blood out refers to the entrapment of blood in the penis once an erection is achieved, leaving you with a long lasting erection. Now back to jelqing and fibrosis… Since fibrosis doesn’t allow the corpus cavernosum tissue to swell up with blood properly, the veins responsible for keeping the blood engorged in the penis cannot be squeazed enough to shut off the flow of blood, so it leaks the blood immediately out of the penis through these opened veins. In other words whatever blood comes in will be immediately leaked out. This is called venous leakage. There is no way of reversing corpus cavernosum fibrosis. So you are permanently left with a penis that can’t stay hard. It’s like trying to fill up a bucket with water that has a whole in it… Good luck with that… There isn’t much you can do about this. Game Over. If one day the medical community finds a way to reverse fibrosis you might be in luck, but it’s seems that day is far away. Now your left with permanent impotence and a penis implant isn’t an unreasonable option. What a fuckin nightmare… Jelqing please beware.
PS, I now have a venous leak…
Hello, guys,
A bit worried again, few days ago I have noticed this red spot on my glans, right on the tip, covering the inferior side of the urethra, and the upper frenulum.
So, I have been using a phallosan+ extender, with a vacuum cap. I always wear the protective sleeve to protect my glans from bruises and swellings before inserting it in the vacuum cap.
I also use a bathmate every morning, and once a week, I use an air pump.
Well, long story short, is that, I just started seriously beginning of last week, and on Friday I have noticed this. I think it’s the vacuum bell from the phallosan. Did you experience this?
I stopped for 2 days, and while I had the feeling that it’s going away, this is how it looks like after 10 mins of bathmate.
Do you have any ideas if this is the new permanent looks of my dick? Should I visit an urologist?
Started my journey in May doing the newbie routine before discovering what worked for me. After two weeks of doing the newbie routine I started exclusively jelqing 20 minutes a day with a very firm grip using coconut oil as a lubricant. Never jelqed with full erection and rarely, if ever, took a day off for 45 days straight. My gains were noticeable having gained 0.25 inch in length and 0.2 inch in girth. However I developed a terrible itching sensation in my urethra starting from the tip and going to the circumcision line. I immediately went to the doc and got tested. 3 panel came back negative but I was treated anyway with antibiotics. I took a week break until the itching stoped and started back with my routine. However I started to have symptoms of a kidney stone after 5 days and the itching resumed, so I went to the ER. This time a 5 panel std test was given and that again came back negative, however I was diagnosed with Epididymitis (inflammation). Another round of antibiotics was given and the itching subsided. I have not done anything since going to the ER. 3 weeks later and the itching is coming back. I have no discharge or sores. It does not burn when I pee. The itching is mild and comes and goes. It’s at its worse after I orgasm. Is it possible I caused permanent damage to my urethra? The doc said it was possible that I irritated it and that it should go away on its own and after reading multiple threads it seems itching is a symptom of “healing” I’m just worried it’s been weeks since I last jelqed and any healing would’ve been done before the 3 week mark. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
What can someone do to undo/reverse/treat sagging excess skin on the scrotum/testicle area and shaft?
I see there are surgeries called a scrotal lift and those can range from 3k-10k. There’s also risk of complications from surgery (but someone might be past that point by now)
So, I’ve done the hanging, I’ve done the jelqing, I’ve done the pumping. Now I just want a 100% sure fire way to tighten up my package. Ugh. The frustration, discomfort and insecurity is too much.
I’ve tried looking up what a normal amount of scrotal sagging can be based on age, and I can’t really find comparisons, but I’m 99% sure I need my skin tightened up somehow.
I know there are tons of threads here, if someone could help redirect me to something that’s already been proven to work, please past a link here.
This is my discoloration picture after 3 month vacuum pump.I do VP every night for 20 minute with 7Hg pressure.
Please help me for prevent from more discoloration.I want more girth but without discoloration. Is my dark skin under cock permanent ! ☹
I search and read a lot of topic about discoloration.I read firegoat rolling. But I don’t understand it !? How must I do firegoat rolling !?
I’m scared. Last night for the first time, I did 3x3 minute sets of clamping with a cut section of silicone sleeve from a vac hanger. The tube part is wide and very loose. I thought I was taking it very light and easy as I hoped to. Veins got visible but no pain or tingling whatsoever.
This morning I had good morning wood so I did one 5 minute set and towards the end of my set I got soft so I stopped.
My penis isn’t unconditioned. Burned through gains in 3 months. Suggestions to overcome High HG plateau? I pump regularly at 10hg with no issues.
But when I looked at my dick this evening it was the smallest I have ever seen it. No amount of stimulation or porn could get me hard. This is the first time that I haven’t had an erection for a whole day and can’t get hard at all. I had to pump for 3 minutes just to get my original flaccid hang back. Now it is hanging at its original flaccid hang but I still cannot get an erection.
No pain or numbness whatsoever.
Please advice.
Is it normal when you grab your flaccid penis below the glans and try to pull it that the coronal ridge bends or folds?
Three days ago, I began PE again after a long break and these last couple of nights I’ve experienced a pinching pain during my morning wood mainly in the shaft. It feels as if there is too much pressure but I am fairly certain the size was unordinary (although I didn’t check). Could this be due to damage or could it be beneficial? I didn’t feel sore from the preceding PE session (couple of minutes of hot-wrapping, couple of minutes stretching per direction, 100 jelqs and hot-wrapping).
I had a similar but more intense pain last Saturday after I wanked for 3-4 hours despite not grabbing my member hard at all. Could this be the culprit and do you think it could be harmful/beneficial? I’ve read that masturbation and PE should be kept separately as the former may be exhaustive for the penis and prevent gains but since this pain/pressure is akin to PE, would it not have similar effects?
I hate having edema from extending with vac cup. How do I get rid of it faster? Massage? cold shower? any suggestions?
Hello, this is my first post (unfortunately) and I have a question about something I felt during a PE session. To preface the post, I have known of the existence of the structure for a little less than 2 days. Starting from the base of my shaft, originating from somewhere around the pubic bone, I feel a thin vein like structure. This vein like structure doesn’t hurt to the touch, I am able to comfortably move it around. It feels like a very thin wire with no slack in it. As I stated it begins at the base of my shaft, continues to about mid shaft, then takes a right turn (taking the shape of an upside down L). From this right turn the structure seems to fade away somewhere under the center of the shaft (nothing close to the glans). As for visual indicators of this structure there is hardly any, it takes a large amount of contortions and bending to make it barely visible. When this structure is visible I would say it takes on a similar color to the skin as it presses against it. No pain, swelling, warmth, or numbness originating from this area at the moment. Not quite sure what to make of it, I have already entered the active recovery phase in-case it is an injury. To summarize the issue once again, I am dealing with a vein like structure as thick as a needle starting at the base of my shaft which drifts to the right down and around the middle of my shaft; it has no pain, swelling, or loss of function associated with it currently.
I ended up in this position likely from overdoing the newbie routine. During PE I wasn’t really satisfied with my jelq form so I ended up running longer sessions than initially planned for. For the active recovery aspect I am just applying heat, trying to refrain from massaging (or PE) as I am still in the dark about what the anomaly is. I’ve made use out of the search feature and seen loads of forums discussing similar issues, regardless, I am still posting my experience in-case I missed something. I’ll also be posting a follow up if this is an injury and does heal for others in the future. It being related to the lymphatic system seems like the strongest possibility at the moment. The possibility that this structure could of existed before PE could be true, but, locating it takes seconds, I feel as if there is no way I wouldn’t have noticed. Lastly as I have stated this condition seems mostly harmless which I am definitely grateful for. If this is an injury it serves as a lesson without too big of consequences (hopefully anyway). I’d be more than willing to answer any questions that you may have. Would also appreciate any and all feedback, thanks for taking the time to read my post. After this clears up I’d like to join the rest of you guys in progress threads!
I wanted to share this as it’s worked very well.
I used “Admire My Skin Dark Spot Corrector Remover for Face - Brightening Serum Fade Cream - Melasma Treatment Cream”
This was recommended to me by @ 8by5.5 and it has been very effective at lighting the darkened areas. Only a remnant of the little burn mark remains from the IR heat pad hot spot.
.
I applied it once or twice daily.
It’s available on Amazon.
Hi all,
8 months ago I gave up on extending and PE after 1000 hrs logged and zero gains. I would always take breaks every 45min/hr to restore bloodflow and always warmed up and warmed down before/after. Towards the end I started to notice some splotchy bruising on my glans - I would wait until it disappeared after a week or two, and then resume, but it always came back. Frustrated, I gave up.
For the last 8 months now I have had a faint reddish circle around my glans, and slight purplish discoloration towards the tip. It’s only visible when flaccid (especially in colder temperatures) and goes away when erect. Although everything still functions the same, the possibility that I have done permanent damage is haunting me endlessly. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience, and if it eventually cleared up or was permanent for them.
FWIW, I have had no problems with my erections, but have been suffering from premature ejaculation (possibly mental?) ever since noticing this. I plan to see a urulogist soon.
I would post this in the injuries forum but do not have access yet.
Not new to using the air pump at all, am relatively careful but still occasionally will get swelling in the circumcised area in a ring under the head after using it, kind of a donut effect. It always goes away in a day or so. But this time, first time ever it has been 3 or 4 days now and still swollen. Not hugely, but clearly it looks like lymph and still there. I’ve never seen it take so long.
There’s no pain or numbness, but geez.
Has this ever happened to anyone else? I picture having damaged the lymph drainage somehow and what if its permanent. I had repaired my pump as it had a leak for a long time, so now it holds pressure and no doubt must have overdone it. But I doubt I’m more reckless than anybody else, probably less than most. I would think somebody else must have had this happen.
Moderator can move this to injuries I wasn’t able to post there.
Hello kings,
I got a skin tear a couple months ago and stopped all PE regiments after I noticed no gains in my newbie phase. I have been off now for approximately 3 months and this is what I got left. Is it healed but will permanently look like this? Can I start PE again?
Organic ceylon cinnamon. Marshallow root. (Maybe organic is better, but I didn’t try it) Damiana. (Maybe organic is better, didn’t try it)
I have been doing stretches with weights for the past few months and just noticed a soft lump under my middle back of the head. The part that faces you. Almost looks like there is no ridge anymore between the shaft and head in the very middle. Is this normal progress? It’s been a week and it’s still there. Doesn’t hurt and its not discolored. Just looks like maybe the skin is stretched there or something. Any idea’s?
Hello,
I have started PE more seriously 6 months ago. This means water pumping and vacuum stretching (bathmate and phallosan forte)
Besides the fact that I’m starting to have excessive foreskin, I have noticed some brown spots (just like people in their 80s have on their hands, face) on the right side / foreskin.
It’s like the skin has been pigmented.
Picture attached.
Did you experience the same? Or do you know what could it be? Will I be getting more of these?
Hi there, guys,
Asking you something, a bit worried
Age 37, during the last year I have greatly improved my EQ, however there is something I can’t understand.
At night time and wake-up mornings, I wake up with a seriously hard-on, a 101% erection, just like when I was a kid.
Later in the day, my erection quality decreases, and if I have sex at night, I can barely get to 80% erection (only if too excited I get to 100%)
If I try to trigger an erection or masturbate, I can get to a 40-50% soft bigger dick, but not an erection.
If I try to change the partner, I’d lose the erection completely.
Tried arginine, supplements, etc. They are effective, sometimes, over the night, I get a powerful, yet a bit painful stretch. But If I try to get hard, even stimulated by some other partners or alone, I can’t.
It doesn’t make any sense, does it?
Do you have any idea what it is and how could I fix it?
I know the penis is extremely resilient, but I feel I’ve permanently “changed” my dick after overusing a bathmate X30 back in May 2019 — it’s the one you have to push into yourself to get suction.
Basically my suicidal ideation and bouts of severe depression and anxiety are rooted in this injury with the bathmate, because of everything that has followed it. What has followed it is:
- a low T test that came back at 270 so they screened me for testicular cancer. No cancer was found per the report.
- a shaft that wants to go left when erect, and overall it looks thinner than it used to (not as much girth).
- soft penis looks like a mushroom.
- hydrocele that has not gone away since the injury 4 years ago.
I’ve gotten anxiety attacks, seen professionals, posted here… Ran the entire gamut. I’m at my end and cannot get over the damage I have inflicted upon myself. I’m 28 years old and single because I have such an issue with this. The idea of sex gives me anxiety when it used to be something I’d look forward to. I don’t know what to do anymore man — I’m close to giving up.
It was a work injury. Ever seen a lumber buddy? It’s basically something that is used for getting together bundles of lumber. You take the wood to the lumber buddy, offload what you need, and put it back.
Well the lumber buddy has these yellow bars or struts that can be freely moved to whatever position you need based on the length of the timbers. One moved out of place today. I went to push it back, and my waist was too close to the lumber buddy. Squash! My penis got crunched between the yellow metal bar and the lumber buddy. It hurt like a fucking bitch, and I was yelling in pain for a few minutes.
Luckily it seems that there was no permanent damage. There are some minor cuts on the glans, and it feels very sensitive and a little painful. Guess I’m taking the rest of this week off at least. Going to be putting Shea butter on it twice a day to promote healing.
Hi there, I’m new to this. Yesterday after about my fifth session I noticed my dorcil vein was engulfed a bit. About half way down my shaft there also is a lump that wasn’t there before. If I rub it a bit it goes away slightly but not completely. It feels heavy and slightly uncomfortable today but no major pain. Just wondering if this is normal or if it’s something I should be worried about. Cheers for any tips.
After a training program to stretch the penis in length (I managed to stretch it by +1.5 cm), I started having erection problems.
(Please move the topic to injuries)
I did all sorts of hand stretches: downward, upward, lateral, horizontal, circular both ways, BTS, A-pulls, leg hooked stretches, dynamic upward stretches, dynamic downward stretches, rope stretches (this is when the penis is twisted 1.5-2 turns and pulled sideways)
And then I had the following symptoms after 3 months of training:
- Lack of morning erection
- Inability to achieve penile erection without the use of hands and erotic images
- The member begins to insert into the erection and stops halfway and begins to deflate
- Soft head of the penis in a state of erection
- The main negative change that occurred. When the penis begins to erect, the left cavernous penis begins to fill with blood, and the right one fills with blood very poorly. As a result, the penis starts to rotate to the right and bottom and after that it loses an erection.
- There are bumps/lumps near the base
- Rapid eruption of semen, it rolls down very quickly and it is not possible to keep it, you have to completely stop and stop sexual intercourse.
All these symptoms come after stretching the penis.
The symptoms have been going on for more than a 2 year and do not go away.
There were no problems before, there was always a good erection on 8-9 out of 10. The penis easily got up on its own and sex could last for hours without eukulation.
After I stopped stretching, I trained C-jelq + dry jelq + wet jelq and did a little mini kegel and reverse back and front kegel. In addition, I also tried a set of exercises to improve circulation, such as glute bridges, squats. This gave little results, but temporarily, as soon as he stopped doing it, everything rolled back.
Most importantly, I can not achieve a 100% erection in a natural way, so that the member gets up on its own.
Please help me.
At this point I have decided to take a three-month rest period.
That is, no sex and no masturbation.
I do warm compresses (I pour hot water in a bag and hold it), then massage my crotch, bottom and ICM/BCM muscles.
After that, I sit in malasana pose and do reverse kegels.
But I’ve noticed that when I do reverse kegels, the penis extends forward a bit and then kind of goes back in.
It retracts more on the side where the turning.
That is, on the right side.
Please help me solve this problem.
I don’t understand what could be going on with me.
And how do I get my erection back to normal?
How do I fix the turning/twisting that is starting to go from the base?
So i got this blister from the vac hanging and I’m wondering will it heal faster If I pop it.. Probably someone else made this post before me But I can’t find an answer
Every time my wife has given me a handjob with no lube, she strokes me using my foreskin.
At the time, it does not hurt, but soon after ejaculation, my foreskin swells up so thick I that I can’t even retract it to expose the glands. If I was to take a guess my foreskin swells to a circumference of maybe 7 inches. It will last about half a day, which makes urinating almost impossible. I’ve asked her to please use lube, but in the heat of the moment, she attacks it dry.
I’ve never seen swollen foreskin even in porn movies after a vigorous dry hand job.
I’m 55 years old but this has been going on for decades.
I currently have ED, but this started way before
Typically, my flaccid will usually sit inside of my scrotum. It only comes out when erect.
I have never talked to a doctor about this, quite embarrassing due to my flaccid size, but is this normal?
I recently resumed PE a couple of months ago. I’ve tried it off an on for several years, never with the much consistency. Now I find myself motivated and dedicated. I’ve tried to be smart: starting slowly, avoiding pain and injury like the plague. However, lately I’ve noticed this strange sensation right at the tip of the meatus. No pain, just a weird tickling sensation, possibly a tiny point of numbness. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Does it sound concerning?
