Zooka's Routine

Current Routine (July 2009) —

Main Routine:
1. Manual stretches — 8 minutes, 16 thirty-second pulls. Focusing mostly on downward angle.
2. Jelqs — 20 three-second jelqs. 2 On / 1 Off schedule. For penile health.
3. Manual stretches — sporadic stretching throughout day (piss pulls, before bed, etc.)

Additionally, whenever possible, privacy allowing (~twice a week):
1. Before main routine — Warmup — 5 minutes with rice sock
2. After main routine — Captain’s Wench — 2.5 lbs straight down for 1-2 hours (20 min. sessions) to keep extended state
