Zephyr123's Routine

In bed in the morning do 15 min of fowfer but hold it with the hand at very high level of stretch
Later in the AM hang with weights 2 to 3 sets for 15 mins a set
After hanging do 15 minutes of wet jelqing with KY Gel, Keri Lotion and Bagbalm

In the afternoon, may hang 2 to 3 sets of 15 minutes and another 15 minutes of wet jelq

Only take time off when sore
