I have been following the newbie routine quite faithfully for 2 months. For myself, maintaining EQ above 50% is difficult without pornography, and any EQ lower than that makes jelqing enough blood to swell my head nice and big difficult. So I’ve recently started “fluffing” myself more every 50 jelqs or so, but not erect jelqing. At the end or middle of the session, I’ll also get enough blood in the head and squeeze hard at the base to trap the blood while working it down the head (horse 440’s). I also generally edge 4-5 times after a session and am considering edging between jelqs when my EQ is bad. I also kegel post-session and usually again while driving. But starting this new years, I am planning on using stretch devices and possibly hanging in addition to more jelqs.
