Zamblast's Routine

i do stretches depending on time available between 20 and 40 minutes, interestingly every work out has a different routine i rarely repeat the exercises i did the previous day for stretches, may girth routine mostly include jelqs, squeezes and ulis also for 20 to 40 minutes depending on time available for 5 days in week and rest two days

AM
* 5 to 10 min Warm Up
* 3 to 5 sets of hanging over a cylinder the inverted stretch way with 10 minutes rest in-between sets
Weights ranging from 5lbs to 21lbs
* 5 to 10 min Warm Down with either hot water or ice cold water

PM
* 5 min Warm Up
* 3 to 5 sets of hanging with 10 minutes rest in-between sets
Weights ranging from 5lbs to 21lbs
* 5 to 10 min Warm Down with either hot water or ice cold water

*This varies each week, i would work out only in the morning with 5 sets per day in a particular week about 7 hours per week quite intense and heavy
*Then Switch the following week to 3 sets in the morning 3 sets in the evening about 10 hours per week

My goal is to reach EL10 x EG 6.5
currently EL 9 x EG 5.75
