Ys' Routine

i had a “nice” lig stretching accident after doing hot lig stretches (in a hot tub) on 2004-12-04.. 12 hours later (2004-12-05) i got a hard-on => lig overstretched + lil ouchy.<br>
that’s where the insane measurements come from.<br>

the length log from 2004-12-05 on are my personal “injury diary”.<br>

atm i’m doing _nothing_ at all, i’m even trying to not get erect at all and keep the ligs cool using one of those therapeutic cushions for 15 mins a day (and it helps healing.. i can really feel the difference to healing without cooling)<br>
the measurements since 2004-12-05 are max measurements, bp, when it comes to length (so i can see the lig healing.. most probably causing it to shrink, but heck the pain is worse)<br>

i hope i can get a hard-on without hurting the base ligs further in 5.5 weeks from now (ligs take 6 weeks to heal normally) and maybe even get into a very mild manual stretching (then).<br>

until then, here’s what i originally had in mind with my routine:<br>

routine for later days:<br>
- 6-8 mins stretching (in LOT angle straightforward, to the left, to the right and up to 11-12 o clock; the latter with flicking the tunica)<br>
- 5 mins “bloating” (get blood in the tunica by bringing myself to the point of ejaculation, but not reaching it)<br>
- 5-7 mins wet jelq (just for penile health; want to gain length before girth since the “length before girth” theory makes sense to me :-) )<br>
