Youngbuk's Routine

jelq normally, notice a better pump with about a 60% erection, slow reps usually around 3-5 second, do this not really for any amount of reps or anything but more the time I have. Sometimes half hour at one time sometimes 5 min. Couple times a day I I can. When I stretch I stretch the time I have, 3 min hold. Just started about aug 18th, I try not to take days off. Kinda experimenting what I can do and frequency. Looking to get to 9"+ Erect, 6.5" girth, 7" flaccid. Current goals don’t think it’d be to far for me to get to it if I stay dedicated.
