You work 84-100hrs per week?! Your PE game plan?

Just thought I would start a thread with regards to the guys who work 84hrs per week and beyond and most importantly how you incorporate PE into your busy life and what time efficient PE methods have worked for you?

I work typically 84-90 hours per week for up to 24 consecutive days before I have time off so I must use quality and efficient methods to grow in my PE journey.

What I’ve been doing for the past 3 months consistently is the following:

1.) Dynamic pumping
2.) Wet jelqing prior to and after pumping
3.) Basic kegel exercises

Plenty to expand on the above 3 points but I wanted to keep it simple for the initial post.

Any feedback from the guys who have been around for while would be greatly appreciated

I would drop pumping, it is not time efficient. Jelqs and stretching, stick to the squat and bench press of PE.

Marinera’ s comments make sense if you are concentrating on length. However, if you are looking to gain girth, it is my opinion that pumping is one of the most effective ways to gain girth. I attribute most of my one inch plus gain in girth to pumping.

For five years I pumped twenty minutes every morning in the bathroom while getting ready for work and again at night while getting ready for bed.

I did most of my jelqing and stretching in bed at night before going to sleep.

If one of your jobs is work from home, pumping especially dynamic pumping is great, because you can perform a workout while you do something else.

Also extenders worn in the upward position towards the waistband as long as you don’t move around too much, you can get a workout in and go to the bathroom every 1hr or so to readjust and jelq in blood.

You can do toilet stretches while in the bathroom. When I was making my gains I would do 10x1 minute stretches every time I sat on the toilet, but I made sure it was at least once a day most time twice though.

You can also get in a pump tube on the way to bed, set an alarm for 1hr or so, so you can come out of the tube after pumped.

I too work excessive hours in the range you mentioned.

I’d suggest that you also wear an ADS device while at work under your clothes. The one I use is Monkeybar’s Xsleeve.

I quite often have a short jelq and stretch before bed, set a count-down timer for 40 minutes, pump to a vacuum level I know will be safe for that amount of time (having used that level many, many times for that duration when I’m able to pay attention to my pumping) and settle down to answer threads here or do emails, or plan things for the following day, knowing that if I fall asleep, I’ll be woken up to take the tube off.

I don’t think ‘sleep PE’ is ever a good idea, and I don’t aim to sleep with the tube on, but I’m often so tired I do fall asleep. That’s as safe as I can make it.

I used to have the static stretch, very similar to the monkey bars extender.

If you wear loose trousers, you can put the stretcher into the directuly up position. Wear your waist and belt a little loose so the stretcher can pass.

You just have to be careful sitting down and a little more careful walking but you can easily get to work and affix the stretcher in the mens room and come right back to your work area.

If you need heat use a ceramic heating pad in the pants around the shaft.

I’m working about 80 hours/week and I have to say that my commitment to PE and exercise in general has really affected my life.

I wake up an hour earlier than I normally would to make sure that I can get in a pump session after my workout and before I head to the office. When I’m in the office, I try to go to the bathroom at least once every 2 hours (I drink a lot of water) and do 5 minutes of static stretching. I leave the office a bit early to hit the gym. In the shower at the gym, I get in 5 minutes of stretching and 50 or so jelqs. I then head home to finish up my work there. While I’m at home I can have my pump on and work at the same time. Same for the weekend, I’m able to work from home so I can keep the pump on.

This has required some changes in my life. I often turn down mid-week social events because I want to get my workout in. I’ve made it clear to my team that I need time to go to the gym (my productivity is horrible if I’m not exercising) so its easy for me to block off time to get PE in as well.

I’ll also look into some of these extender solutions once I cycle off of pumping in a few months.

Thanks marinera and the rest of the guys responding to this thread. All of the information has been very helpful for me and hopefully for others as well. I’m stuck in dilemma between length or girth? At the moment with my recent purchase 3 months ago for a dynamic electric pump I’ve inadvertently made the decision for myself with the biggest deciding factor being….luggage and travel. Hanging seemed unrealistic with taking stacked weights and a LG or similar product onto a plane but I could be short sighted on this and far off the mark. I plan applying some of the suggested training methods above and will give an update shortly with feedback.

Any type of stretching in particular? Or just clamping with the thumb and index finger on the glands and holding angles left,right, BTC and directly up?

Just general stretching at all angles but concentrating on downward to loosen up the ‘length’ tissues before pumping.

This is a tough one, and where you have to “know your body.” If I am truly exhausted, it does no good to workout. The body won’t recover and I’ll only be causing damage. But, if I am simply busy, I’ll take a “something is better than nothing” approach. If I can commit to getting some light stretching in every time I go to the bathroom, or get some quality dry jelqs in while I’m in the shower I consider that a success. I’ll also throw on a cockring to keep myself engorged for a bit.

The more I read about ADS however, the more it really seems like the perfect solution for guys like us.

I was talking about the physical fitness portion in the gym. PE workouts aren’t that hard to sneak in during bathroom breaks.
