I was talking about the physical fitness portion in the gym. PE workouts aren’t that hard to sneak in during bathroom breaks.
My apologies, I misunderstood. If I’m really pressed for time, I do a quick HIIT workout. I live in a highrise apartment building so its easy for me to head over to the staircase and a quick workout. A typical 10-15 minute workout would look like this
2 minute jump rope warmup Sprint up 10 flights 20 jumping jacks 25 pushups Walk down Sprint up 10 flights 20 burpees 30 mountain climbers Walk down Sprint up 10 flights Walk down
Do this first thing in the morning and it really gets your metabolism going. I’m a firm believer that I can always find 10 minutes to do something I really want to do. A commitment to a healthy lifestyle (whether it be in the gym or in PE) doesn’t have to be a zero sum game. There’s very rarely a day when I can’t sacrifice 10 minutes.
Marinera’ s comments make sense if you are concentrating on length. However, if you are looking to gain girth, it is my opinion that pumping is one of the most effective ways to gain girth. I attribute most of my one inch plus gain in girth to pumping.
For five years I pumped twenty minutes every morning in the bathroom while getting ready for work and again at night while getting ready for bed.
I did most of my jelqing and stretching in bed at night before going to sleep.
Did you achieve this 1 inch gain in girth over the span of 5 years? Or is this just your total PE experience to date? That’s a great result. I’m focused on getting over the 6 inch girth Everest…not that it will be any easier beyond 6 inches but my penis isn’t making it easy for me. It will be well worth it though! I’m still waiting on a ADS i purchased online a few days ago but I’m hoping this will accelerate my progress with staying in a extended state between daily dynamic pumping.
Coming up to my last day of work soon! It’s been nearly 40 consecutive days; definitely looking forward to heading home and picking up some new PE products I ordered online. And finally getting clearance from my doctor to get back into PE training due to a previous injury!
