I’ve done the newbie routine for three months. Every month I have gained a little bit of length, but no girth so far. My penis doesn’t get that tired feeling anymore after my two sets of 30 second stretches and I can’t do much warmup before stretching because I’ll get too much blood in the penis too soon. Now I do just a 2 minute warmup before stretching and then a 5 minute one before jelqing. I feel that I’m ready to try some other exercises, especially keeping girth in mind.
Found out that my measuring tape has stretched out a bit and I’m actually 4.8 in girth, not 4.7, so I got that going for me. :D
