Heres my latest workout!

Try this.Vacuum pump for fifteen minutes so flacid size is already enlarged,then get as much blood into the penis as possible without getting erect and squeeze hard at the base,hold for 30 seconds then repeat .I found this so effective my penis literally bulged in the middle.I then jelq with around 60-70% erection but don’t go all the way to the top,instead I stop short of the head and squeeze for a couple of seconds so the head becomes engorged.

The pumping increases the capacity of the penis before you even start to sqeeze and jelq, This is the key.

I have seen impressive gains over the last few days, no bull! The condoms have got tighter and last night my girl said “ouch” three times during sex and complained of being sore this morning. (How good does that make us feel)

15 mins vac
10 mins sqeezes

I workout 5 days on 2 off as I find the rest days beneficial to constant growth.

Good going on the gains.

A lot of us pumpers have found that jelqing between sets of vacuum pumping is quite effective. Yes it works, because you are using more than one method to trap blood in the penis.

I will Jelq during my warmup session and then between the 3 or 4 pump sets I do. Ater my last pump set I will massage for a while but no jelqing, my unit is pretty beat up by then..LOL

Yes an no. I believe I might have gained a little in the length department from pumping, so I am no longer 7X7. Damn no more square dick. My actual base is bigger than 7 and the mid shaft a little less. So no I am not exactly 7 at mid shaft. I can pack my 2.25 tube pretty handily now and the base almost immediately does. I have to move to a 2.5 soon. I also have a PM coming to help with the length.

I come from the camp that girth is where it is at.

Does anybody else recommend doing this. And also is warming down just as important as warming up. Because I never put heat on my dick after PE. Is it going to help me grow if I do?

What he is doing is combining a modified Uli exercise, then jelking, with his pump routine. I’ve done the same and experienced no injury at all.

Heat in PE is your friend. Early on, when I first started pumping and got to where I could do multiple sets, I used to end each Pump/PE manual exercise with another warm-up, even at the very end. I don’t know why I finished that way; just trying something out, I guess.

Now I think the warm-ups during actual PE workouts may have been a benefit but I don’t see the sense necessarily in yet another warm-up when you are about to quit for the day.

Not saying it wouldn’t be effective training, but all he’s reporting here is edema over several days, correct? All these “rapid gains” threads start to get annoying after a while…

I would say fluid build up is what is being reported above.

I was surprised at how heavier my unit became after sessions where I got fluid Build up.

It doesn’t last longer than 12-15 hours though, unless you go hard in the pump again .


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

So is it safe to say that we are mostly getting lymph buildup instead of actual blood expansion when we pump? I would have to think there is a mixture of both and that with continued use, gains will become permanent. How could they not?


Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!
