Try this.Vacuum pump for fifteen minutes so flacid size is already enlarged,then get as much blood into the penis as possible without getting erect and squeeze hard at the base,hold for 30 seconds then repeat .I found this so effective my penis literally bulged in the middle.I then jelq with around 60-70% erection but don’t go all the way to the top,instead I stop short of the head and squeeze for a couple of seconds so the head becomes engorged.
The pumping increases the capacity of the penis before you even start to sqeeze and jelq, This is the key.
