Awesome to hear. I’ll be getting the smaller tube. The 2” leaves too much room for outward expansion.

Ok, I’m waiting for my 1st pump to come in the mail! I’m pretty stoked. I think I’ll start with 3 10 minute sets at 3-4 Hg. I have a few questions: How much rest time between each set is recommended? Also, I should jelq after pumping or pump after jelqing? When can I get to pumping everyday?

Read Thoughtfulgold’s post on “scheduled trauma theory” and the following discussion. He might advise on not pumping everyday. I got my air pump about two months ago. I went on a mad pumping spree, just loved it. I was conditioned to pumping because I had been using a water pump for six months prior.

I am taking an extended deconditioning break and then going to return with a less intense routine.

The concern is that too much on any one thing will begin to toughen the innards of your penis and consequentially slow your results and diminish your potential.

Those with more experience and greater knowledge can confirm, deny and/or elaborate on.

I am new to pumping but would like to give it a shot. I’ve been doing PE fairly consistently for close to a half year now and I just increased my routine to 5 days on and 2 days off. I do 2 different types of stretches every day and do 2 diff girth exercises every day including Horse 440’s.

I have a few questions before I start.

1.) What is the best pump overall and has anyone tried a water pump like the hydromate?

2.) I’ve read that people lose EQ after pumping is this true or are they just using too much pressure?

3.) Can you pump every day or every other day for best results>

4.) Does combining a pump session with girth exercises work best?

5.) Do you think 6 months of PE is enough time to start pumping?

6.) Does pumping increase your size for both length and girth for both flaccid and erect measurements?

Always do a warm up and start every other day (EOD). Add more time as you can. Jelq or edge between pumping sessions. I edge for about 5 minutes between sets.

>> This is the result of too much pressure.

>> You should start around 3-4 HG, EOD, 3 days a week.

>> I’m more familiar with hanging and the theory is divide and conquer. Do your length first, then hit girth.

5.) Do you think 6 months of PE is enough time to start pumping?
>> I think you can pump any time, but others may disagree.

6.) Does pumping increase your size for both length and girth for both flaccid and erect measurements?
>> Only time will tell, but many brothers here experience both. The size of your tube (diameter) is apparently what will dictate length or girth.
