Pumping produces permanent gains but most make the mistake of using too much pressure. It is important to only use enough to encourage engorgement of the corpus tissues, any more than that and you are simply stretching the skin. This allows lymph to seep in and actually inhibits real growth.

You also need positive pressure (an erection) to accomplish anything, and it must be maintained for the duration of the session.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I tried to maintain an erection while pumping and can’t say I was overly successful. I also didn’t experience the next day plump, full feeling. I did 3 - 10 minute sets at 5 HG as instructed. I’ll be doing it every other day, so I’m hopeful. It was nice to see my junk fill up the tube.

I may have been premature. Second day of pumping and it’s hanging much nicer and fuller now.

I’d advise dropping down to between 2 and 3”hg to begin with, too much pressure can kill your natural erection.

Thanks. I think I am noticing this and will drop the pressure. I HAVE been getting raging wood later, though. How long would you recommend 2-3 HG?

2-3 doesn’t elongate me the way 5 was, but indefinitely helped as far as the EQ goes. It’s hanging fuller now, which is awesome. Do you recommend every day or every other day at the lower pressure?

I noticed the lower pressure doesn’t pull me our as much, but do you think it’s more effective?

This is a good topic, that everybody have doubts about it and since I consider myself as a experienced former pumper I have some tips. I stopped because that for me this is more a fun than a workout. If you want a bigger fella, use your hands don’t take shortcuts.. Never.

But here is some tips.

1- warmup.. In a bath tube, with warm rise, in a sock.. Doesn’t matter. Warmup. Doing this you reduce the chance for limps and the donuts effect, and also can expand you friend more easily.
2- choose a properly tube. One too big and you will cause to much stress in the base. And will be more limps than everything. If you can choose one that you can fill up easily. Doing this you be working on the length too, and. Not just the girth.. And if you don’t find one for you size you always can built one with some tubes like the PVC crystal tubes. I used to had one and was my best friend for long time. Low pressure and with a soft material allows it to take the natural shape of your bub.
3- Use a condom. If more easy to keep with lube. Protect the skin and help to avoid to much limps and donuts effect.
4- listen you body, after a get exp and time in the tube, I used to pass those 20 or 30 max min on the vac tube and after this I use to do clamping on the pumped boy. It become really huge. Very tick. But.. After some 2 days,
It wilted. To almost a natural size. But I like to pump, I just don’t have daily time to keep feeding the monster, and also I had perm gains with jelqs. So.. Can work for me but maybe can’t work for you, everyone its different.

I wish I would have gotten the 1.75” tube. Perhaps I’d experience length gains better than the 2”. All of my gains came from hanging though. I just don’t have the time for it anymore. I’m going to stay with the pumping because it’s cool. I’ll give it at least 6 months to a year.

I’d start with every other day and monitor EQ then start to increase time and see how you respond.
If you get up to 45-60mins every other day and still have great EQ then switch to 5 on 20 off and see what happens, then 6 on, 7on.

If you’re making no progress at that point then move the pressure up, drop the time and frequency back down and start building up again.

Very easy to do to much, pumping is more stressful than it feels.

Thanks again for the routine/advice. I am appreciative! When you say 45-60 minutes, I presume you mean with breaks in between? Or are these straight sets?
