Current Routine after 8 weeks…
1. 10 minute warm wrap with rice sock
2. 20 minutes of manual stretching using V-Stretch. I do 2 minutes stretch, 30 second rest for a total of 20 minutes clock time. I’m using a latex glove to aid grip
3. 5 minute warm wrap with rice sock after stretching
4. 300 Wet Jelq’s in sets of 50, edge in between each set, allow for cool down to 50% and start next set (technique is slow using fast, quick grip into the pad and strong pressure on sides) Jelq clock time is approximately 35 minutes for 300
5. 2x10 minute warm wrap with rice sock, reheated in between
