Started jelqing on march and added stretching later. 17cm/6.875” now and my goal is at least 20cm/8” At some point I should measure girth, but at first my goal is only focus on length gains but if I can gain girth too that’s just fine. By the way is it okay to jelq 10 reps another hand and then another one? Because that just feels fine for me. I’m gonna do newbie routine now until June then some advanced. Good gains to you all.

Hi Woody83,

It’s recommended to switch hands to get an even and balanced workout to both sides of the penis. I suggest measuring your girth this way you can keep track of your gains in that way as well. As you are likely gaining girth in any event.

Focus what you like but by the time you’re done with length you could have reached your girth goal as well. Won’t know unless you measure and keep track.

Should I keep a few days break since I’m not feeling rock hard erections but it feels a little soft or maybe not soft soft but not as hard as it used to be? Maybe I have overtrained? I have done 100-160 wet jelqs and 15-30min stretching a day since I started and I have done 4on 2off routine.

Stretching is a known EQ damager. Heavy stretching even more so, on principle.

I would rest more and limit stretching to 5-10 minutes per session when you start back.

I did cut my stretching to 5min and about 75 wet jelqs. 2on 1off. No morning wood and no erections if I am not playing with myself. EQ is about 6.5/10. I did measure yesterday and no gains on erect length. Started PE about 2months ago. There is some stress on the background and I have not slept well. I decided to rest atleast 5days and now is the 3rd restday and still bad EQ. Someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?

Back to PE after a long long six days break.

Hot shower 5-10min
30sec stretches to all directions x10
50 wet jelqs
Hot shower 3-4min

After this little break penis feels much more nicer and jelqing was easier since I didn’t have to worry about erection level. Think I’m gonna stick into this routine at least till June.

Feeling great! 2on 1off is my thing and slowly adding more jelqs on routine. 50 wet jelqs is enough for me now. I have grown on flaccid length so much that I can pee without needing to sit in toilet.(laugh) Still can’t measure my flaccid length, my penis likes tape measure too much.

Been doing 100wet jelqs/PEday now and few kegels at the same time. I really need to take 2 full days off every week and after that I have almost too hard wood while PE and that’s awesome!

I did read about tgc theory and that got me thinking should I focus on smooth muscle which is in my case jelqing(?)since I have just been jelqing and stretching since 3.10.2017 so I’m a newbie. The reason is that when I did start PE I just jelqed and I had big boners but when I started stretching too I noticed that EQ is not that good unless after rest days. Any thoughts? Yes I did read that tgc theory is not bulletproof.

I know what you mean. Especially after PEing. Just experiment and see what works for you. Sometimes it takes me a little bit to get it hard for my bitch, but when I rub that thing on her wet pussy lips. It’s good to go.

5 days PE and now atleast 6 days break. Doing just jelqing now because stretching lowers my EQ I think.

Back after 7days break. I experienced morning woods also. I can do about 90-100jelqs and after that I get fatigued, is that normal after three months manual PE? About 2-4sec jelqs. I have more visible veins on my member and my FL is bigger but surprisingly I do wanna more BPEL.

Well, your PI seem to tell you that a little more rest should be good. I’d say whatever number of On days you plan, plan at least 2 or maybe even 3 Off days following.

Another thing is Kegel training. Start with it as additional exercise beside PE and your EQ should raise within a few weeks.

I may have noticed what is the reason I’m tired”down there”all the time; I have been doing kegels few years and I’m doing them almost all the time without noticing while I’m watching movies so that makes many hours/day. So yesterday I didn’t do kegels and woke up with morning wood. So yes, you can overtrain kegels.
