My goal is to get my unit as big as it gets.

Today I had a weird session. I didn’t sleep well so after warming up I had to work to get my penis up to about 70% hard. So I jelqed and did some kegels and felt fatigued after some time. Then suddenly while jelqing I felt great down there and my penis stayed just exactly right % to jelq. I could have continued jelqing a long time but I stopped after I had done my max jelqs. This is weird, I need to rest more but should I increase reps too?

I did wake up with morning wood, though I almost didn’t recognize that but things are getting better I think.

After today’s session I noticed a wound where the shaft ends and the glans begins. So I’m jelqing too near the glans. Need to rest few days and then come back wiser and stronger.

Ok the thing is I have not gained any length within 2 months(maybe even decreased)and that’s not cool at all. But since the day I started manual PE not 4 months ago I have gained NBPFSL about 0.5-1”. Someone please tell me that I can get NBPEL too and if I should add more jelqs? Currently I’m doing 5-10min stretches and 130jelqs/PE day.

So your NBPSFL gains are more than your BPEL? How are you measuring your NBPSFL? Standing straight up? Standing up and bending your knees a little bit? Lying down? Sitting down while pulling your dick horizontal to the floor, or at an angle? Personally what I have noticed is that depending on how I am positioned while measuring my BPSFL my measurement can +/- up to 0.7 mm. Maybe this is why your BPSFL gains seem more than your BPEL? Also, it isn’t unheard of to gain BPSFL first and see your NBPEL gains crawl towards your gains you see with your BPSFL.

To gain more I would suggest to add more jelqs, and rather than counting the number of jelqs, use time as a gauge for your sessions. Then slowly increase the time 2 minutes every week or so.

I think too that this is a quite reasonable idea. BPFSL growth often “announces” following BPEL growth. The delay can be even by months. If I remember well Hunglikeagerbil described and confirmed in practice that phenomenin in his progress log.

I’m such an idiot. I meant to say that I see changes in +/- 7 mm (not 0.7 mm). So make sure you’re measuring the same way consistently.

Ok guys thanks for advices I’m going to measure properly and count minutes and add some jelqs. Hope that flaccid gains really turns to EL too.

I’m so happy right now, I measured and was 0.08”(2mm) bigger on BPEL than last time. It’s not much but it gives me confidence that I really can get bigger!

It just checked your stats. Since February 1st, you gained 8mm in BPEL! That is a very good lenght gain speed, absolutely nothing to be considered slow.

Keep up what you’re doing, you are in the sweet zone of gains!

Doing 2on1off now. A decent hot shower and helicopter shakes then few min stretches and 12-15min jelqing. I have noticed that while stretching pretty strongly and at the end of jelqing I have a weird feeling inside my penis and now I noticed it again and I was not doing PE. I’m almost rock hard when erect and not feeling weird feeling then. It’s little bit like pain feeling when flaccid not all the time but sometimes. Mainly just while doing PE. What is that, could someone help? Should I rest again? Oh no.

That sounds not too weird to me, more like a wee bit of fatigue. Maybe cut back 20% of the routine and see if it persists.

I did cut my jelq time to 13min that’s 2min less than before and yesterday I didn’t notice any pain. Maybe I was overtraining again.
