stretch left 20 seconds
strech right 20 seconds
stretch down 20seconds

10 sets of dld blaster ( 1 rep = 5 seconds kegel, 5 seconds relax)

30 second btc stretch left/ middle/right (x4)

jelq at 50-70% erection length
completing 150 reps

warm down with rice sock for 10 mins
