I haven’t measured myself yet so I will probably get that over with sometime this week. Can’t seem to find my seamstress tape measure. I am around 5.1-5.2 BPEL and I am always self conscious about my small stature compared to others especially when my Johnson shrinks when I’m at the gym or when it is cold outside. I wanna have a little shower and a not hermit hiding under the skin.

Today I Just did a newbie routine nothing special

5 minutes of Heating up with a Bed Buddy Heat Pack
10 minutes of stretching. Left, Right, Up, Down, and Circular Strokes
350 Jelqs
And 10-15 minutes of Kegels I never really bothered measuring the time.

I will try to keep this updated daily to report my progress daily.

Did a dry jelq today and some manual stretches.

I did 300 jelqs give or take and
10 minutes of stretching.
I did a session of kegels on my car ride today I think that would be the most opportune time to do kegels. It seems awkward just to have a session and do kegels as an exercise and not do something else.

Didn’t really wanna deal with 5 minutes of heating my winger today. Took a shower after so that was my cool down I guess. I have also started taking 2g of L-arginine

Did ~400 Jelqs
Did 15-20 minutes of kegeling.
Cooled down.

I also did a testicular massage for about 5 minutes

Did 5-10 minutes of stretches
~350 Jelqs
Cooled down.

Not as much. I think my member is getting sore.

Well I finally got a measurement.

I am 5.8” BPEL and 4.5” EG. I am not sure if that is average or not. I always thought I was a lot smaller than that.

Did about 20-30 minute of kegels while commuting

I only managed to do about 200 jelqs and some random stretches today nothing spectacular.

At least I did 45 minutes of cardio

And 350 jelqs. Not much more to add.

Use an extender and heat.

i think i am gonna keep an eye on this thread ..


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.
