Hi Guys
So I started my routine today. I will aim for 4 times a week for the first month. Then in January I will in increase times and increase again in February.
Measurements are below and my goal is stronger more frequent erections. Any length or girth gain a bonus. I won’t measure again now until 1st March 2019.

BPEL: 16cm
BEG: 13cm

Welcome to thunders. Stay focused stay consistent this stuff works. I am here to for better erections and any size is a plus.

I would follow your PI and see how they change throughout your time. Remember you don’t have to start with the entire newbie routine. Personally I wouldn’t wait that long to measure. Measuring is the best PI that there is.

There are many good threads here. Read and learn and most important follow your body’s indications.

Just some initial thoughts on starting newbie routine.
- Hot wrap feels nice and warms my hands up if nothing else
- Stretching for 5 mins is kinda weird. I am holding for 30 seconds and manage to do up down left and right stretches about twice each.
- Jelqing is still a struggle. I have the old grip and pull up as per the video but with a foreskin feels awkward. I then pinch the base with my hand and push up to glands. This feels much better and I get very hard with veins bulging.
I also find what could be pre come but it isn’t. Is this normal?
Also I get very erect and I am not sure if I should stop and be more flaccid.
My morning wood has returned and I am wondering if when busy is it worth me Jelqing in the shower when flaccid. I have heard this could be dangerous though.
