Willgrow's Routine

I have restarted PE on 15 July 2008 after a few years break. No special reasons but my enthusiam came back.
The reason i stopped the last time was due to injuries from hanging and also lack of privacy.
My routine :
1) 3 sets of hanging for 20 mins, starting with 2 kg and increasing to 3kg after 1 week.
2) Inverted V stretching 5 mins, 2 times a day.
3) A-Stretch (1-2 times for 5 mins per day) but using fingers instead of wrist due to my dick too short.
4) Jelging between hanging sets. 5 mins for 3-5 times a day.

Restarted August 2010 (after 1.5 years break) - more commitment this time.

1) Stretching SD with Power Assist for 20-30 mins daily without rest. (Tried hanging again but prone to injuries)
2) Focussing more on incremental strength in stretching.

Decon Dec 22nd 2010 to July 25th 2011 - 28 weeks break

25 July 2011 to 25 Sept — Fulcrum Hanging mainly SD with Power assist with infra red heat morning and evening

Decon 26th Sept to 7th Feb 2012 = 18 weeks
8th Feb to xxxxxx — Fulcrum hanging with Power assist with TDP far infrared heat @ $320

23 Feb 2013 - Restarted fulcrum hanging with heating after a long break

11 Aug 2013 - Fulcrum hanging with element heating following by cooling with ice packs

Decon jan 2014 to 7 apr 2014 = 3 months

7 apr 2014 - Restarted Fulcrum hanging with heat
