Through the years, I have gained a good inch in girth. I have been stuck a few years, and though I have 2” in width, I want to gain to 2 1/2. I have done erect bends, up and down for several months but no increase. Has anyone done erect bends, bending to the sides, with results?

Im doing that right now, even in a clamp(carefull!) but no definite results yet.
Many just gain in the CS/underside with girth exercise as it has more give. Still should be possible to gain through bends width.
Also there is a method where you pressure/sandwich on top and on the downside to make the sides bulge.
The tunica is really resistant.. heating does help too.

For how long do you hold the bends? I think 10-30 seconds is where one should arrive..

About 8 sets, 10 seconds. How long have you been doing side bends?

I’ve seen mild curve correction and width gain with side to side erect bends. I usually hold a bend between 15 and 45 seconds. 30 seconds most often. I’ll do 3 to 7 in a set and usually 2 sets in a workout.

Lately I’ve been trying them clamped.

THIS IS DANGEROUS IF YOU AREN’T CAREFUL.

I like how it feels, like I get good fatigue from it. But I mainly look for curve correction and length gain. I would say it’s not the best girth method. More a ULI#3 or Horse Squeeze would be better I think.

Wow. That’s incredible 1 inch in girth! Those are already pretty good gains buddy!

How’d you manage to gain 1 inch in girth?
