Wias' Routine

- 5-10 min warmup using hot towel

- 10 min of stretching, mostly downwards

- 10 min of gentle and very flaccid O-bends

- 10 min of wet slow-as-I-can jelqing with not too much pressure

- 10 min of stretching, warmdown and cleaning in the shower

- Kegels throughout the day at random times
