Whynottry11's Routine

Newbie routine with a few experiements thrown in. I am trying some light orange bends and I did try bundled stretches but I will stick to the basics for at least three months and then figure out some new stuff if I am not seeing gains. I would like to try hanging but again, not for another two months yet.
