1. Warm up.

2. 2 sets of 100 one second keigels.

3. 2 sets of 10 ten second keigels.

4. 2 or 3 sets of manual stretches. 30 seconds in all directions, as well as rotation.

5. 100 3 second jelqs of varying technique.

6. Light stretches.

7. Hot shower and massage unit.
