Hey Folks,

Been reading the forum for months, just not found the stones to post here (apparently they were there all along but I was too busy doing PE to notice them). :)

History:

Eons ago — I read about jelqing and tried that for a while, but gave up.

Recently (July 2016) I started in PE again, with the purchase of a Bathmate, and a regimen of:

July - August (2 months)
3x 5 Bathmate minutes sessions 3 days a week
100 wet jelqs (minimal erection).
> Increasing sessions to 1 - 15 minute session
> Increasing jelqs to 250

September
1x 15 minute Bathmate session 3-4 days a week
> Increasing Bathmate session to 1x 20 minute
> Increasing Jelqs to 300-350 (about 10 minutes, though still minimal erection)

October - 1-2 weeks
AM Routine:
> 2x 10 minutes manual stretch
(Alternating with)
> Added 2 x 60 minutes to find “appropriate tension” for effective stretch (X4 labs knock-off — just threads no springs)
> Added heat afterwards from wet (microwaved) towel.

Currently:

AM Routine:
10 minute // 4-way stretch
90 minute // device stretch
10 minute // towel wrap

10 minute // 4-way stretch
90 minute // device stretch
10 minute // towel wrap

PM Routine:
10 minute jelq (minimal erection)
1 x 20 minute Bathmate session
1 x 20 minute cockring

I don’t feel like I’m seeing anything by way of gains, and I’m starting to get a bit discouraged. Does anyone have any thoughts/insights/follow-up questions to help me debug this routine?

If it’s at all helpful, I’ve never been a big “gainer” — I spent 2 years hitting the weights in college 3-5 days a week (religiously) and I still have toothpicks for arms. I worry I’m not capable of modifying my body (I worry it’s genetic/hormonal/etc.)

Your wisdom and intelligent insights are appreciated.

Personally, when you didn’t see gains to begin with, ramping up your routine was a mistake. Try different things. Take a break. Never ramp up a routine that isn’t working. You don’t know why it isn’t working. So adding more work is unlikely to produce results when you didn’t know why you weren’t getting them in the first place.

Also, have your PI’s been good or have they dipped at all?

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

TG made some good points. After your routine, you should feel a little sore or tender, kind of like how your muscles feel after you’ve had a good workout. If you’re really sore, you’re overdoing it. If you don’t feel anything, then the exercises you’re doing probably aren’t having much effect.

You might also want to spend some time looking at some of the threads on manual exercises - there are lots of them. You can see if you’re doing them properly, or find some alternative exercises you might want to try. You might also want to do a search on the word plateau using the search button on the top of the page (search > advanced search > keyword plateau, click on “show results as posts” radio button).

I’m also not sure where you are on your PE journey. Many people experience a period of rapid newbie gains, where you might gain 1/2” or more in a matter of months. After this period, gains are more difficult to achieve; gains of 1/4” a year would be considered very good.

I added more work under the thinking that I was ramping up towards gains, not that any/all minimal effort would create gains.

Can I presume you feel this thinking is incorrect?

I feel like I’m all over the place with PI’s — good weeks/bad weeks. Yesterday’s 2x1.5 stretches felt great, only negative PIs were the usual “cold glans” and a bit of soreness.

Pumping for me the biggest Positive PI has been doing it without sucking my left testicle into the tube! (Loose scrotum)

Goal - 7.5" BPEL x 5.5" MSEG

I say this in my beginner’s guide and it’s one of my signature things I say.

I use the least amount of force required for me to see additional gains. This reduces my injury risk and leaves more options open for me in the future when this method needs adjustment.

Including the color. Because pushing makes your penis retreat and shrink or flat out hurts. Gains cannot be safely forced.

If your PIs are all over the place and you haven’t gained, stop pe for 2 to 4 weeks. Note your EQ changes, measure the day you stop and the at the end of the rest cycle…then just start back on the newbie routine. Take it slow. Only allow positive PIs. Spotty means negative.

I would Target length or girth first one of the other not both at the same time. Maybe pumping isn’t the way to go. What device are you using for that 90-minute session?

It’s a simple stretcher similar to the X30, but it’s only threaded rods an bars (no spring tension). I’ve learned to put it on and apply just enough tension so it’s tolerable for 90 minutes.

If not pumping, what are my other options for obtaining girth?

I recommend manual exercises. Check out the Penis Exercise videos (can’t link that, for some reason it will show as bad.) but it’s on the front page. Sadsak Slinky and ULI#3 are my recommendations.

manuals… but again… you are also stretching which will almost def slow the girth and vice versa…

first weaken your ligs so they stretch… heat them, massage them manual stretch them etc etc… its going to take time I am at it for 6-8 months stretching only…. and up .75 inches… (starting with trying to jelq and stretch… mostly jelq… for first 4-6 months)

after go for girth… its time in not speed in

Took two weeks off and got back on the train this week with the Newbie routine (despite 4 months of prior null results).

Got a “Thera Pearl” heating pad. Been following the routine to the letter.

Now that letter has earned me some righteous Lymphoceles.

I dug around the forum looking for a solution. Aside from rubbing them, what else can be done?

Does their appearance now mean that I’m more proned to them in the future?

Can a brother catch a break?

Well…after reading about that (never had that happen myself) I have to say you have the worst luck. But, I doubt that you’ll be prone to them in the future as long as you lower your intensity somewhat.

Maybe half your routine for now.

To answer your previous question, I feel like my 2 weeks off has lead to a couple things:

Better boners, that at least look larger to me (even though the measurements are the same)

Better flaccid (same deal as the boners, numbers aren’t any different).

That was the purpose of the time off. One of the mainstays of PE is if you aren’t getting gains, you probably are still screwing up your EQ if you know you’re overtraining and getting neutral or bad PIs. So…at least you have recovered but…I suspect a bit too much grip force in the jelq if I had to guess.

Two sessions a day is intense. I can’t imagine my dick handling that let alone spending that much time a day doing PE. You should consider focused exercise and condensing your workouts to one session a day once you get back into the swing after your break.


Start - 09/28/16: BPEL: 6.5" MEG: 4.66" (Pumping, Clamping, Cockrings & Stretches)

Current - 11/25/20: BPEL: 7.2" (+.7") MEG: 4.75" (+.09") --- Roughly 1 year of PE and a long hiatus in between.

Girthquest: Short-term Goal: MEG: 5" -- Ultimate Cemented Goal: MEG: 5.25"
