WestLA-90069's Routine

10 min. warm up, 5 min. scrotal/fauxskin stretches, 5 min. manual penis stretches (5 directions), set of 50 DLD Blasters with PC muscle fatigue routine, 200 jelq (100 dry manual, 100 PowerJelq), pump to 5” Hg 10 min., repeat 200 jelqs and pump, 10 min. warm down.

Later it was mostly manual exercises, jelqs and stretches along with cable clamps (three 10 minute sessions in a row).

I haven’t done active PE for many years.
