WazzY's Routine

I first Start with hanging usually 2-3 sets… depending on the weight i do less or more. usually 15-30 minutes, again depending on the weight. I usually have a 10m rest time in between sets.
Then i use an all day stretcher for anywhere between 2-5 hours directly after the last set of hangs.

I do take 1 day a week off of hanging and devote it to a long period of the strecher in which i do anywhere from 6-9 hours.
