Oh okay that’s understandable. I have heard of a few people before that were/are doing too much and don’t make gains, or their gains stop because they have increased intensity or volume.

For me, its been okay. A couple of years ago when I did some jelqing and a ULI’s routine I gained 0.5-0.6 inches in girth in just 2 months (newbie gains & I was going hard at it). Then the gains stopped and I got impatient. I then came back to p.e about 2 months ago and gained 0.24” in length & girth as well (in 30days). But I had way too much stress in my life and p.e was the last thing on my mind.. So I gave it up for a month or two. Now I’m back fresh again.

21/04/18 - Day 16

Just some jelqing today, and not much of it. Base skin is really sore/red from lots of jelqing. Penis itself feels fine, just the skin. I think I have a bit of extra skin at the base and when I jelq it normally pulls on it. Just did the 500 jelqs today, and will most likely take tomorrow off as well.

Those are still pretty substantial increases. Almost an inch in girth and 1/4 an inch in length, congrats to you there. Would you say it was the Ulis that contributed mostly to your girth gains? If so, what would you attribute to your later length gains?
Also, do you think your time off may have actually helped you gain in the long-run?

About 0.7” in girth & about 0.25” in length.
I believe that most of my girth gains have come from jelqing. I have never really stretched much & jelqing has always been the main exercise in all my routines. Sure the ULI’s helped, but the jelqing at 60-80% did more.

My later length gains have just come from jelqing, I pull really hard when I jelq, so it’s almost like a stretch & jelq.

As for the time off, I believe I would be at a bigger gain if I didn’t stop. I also lost a little bit of girth while I stopped. In my own ways I am kind of fixated on “more is more”.

Having a rest day today, skin is feeling a bit better today and will definitely be back to jelqing and clamping tomorrow.

Got quite a bit of PE in today. I have been upping the jelqing and lowering the clamping lately as my EQ was suffering.
Jelqing has always gave me great EQ but with about 40mins of clamping as well.. I don’t.
Flaccid hang was great after both jelqing sessions today, which I love. Skin is slightly irritated but not too bad. Only 1 set of clamping today because of the reasons above.

Got the usual jelqs in today & a couple minutes of ULI’s. Just on a side note, so many guys underestimate the size of their units haha. Today I was looking at this can in the bathroom (the can was on the thin side of a normal can), and thought “mmhh that’s not a bad size”.. Next minute of course I am holding the can next to my junk and I am thicker than it. It just goes to show how us males perceive our penis. It’s also like that with the paper roll tests. You look at it and think “I wish my dick was that thick” next minute, you can’t fit it in the tube.

I did the most jelqing I have ever done in 1 day today. 1,100 Jelqs which took me 55 minutes to complete. Seeing as I have done 3,100 jelqs in 3 days I will be taking tomorrow off and letting my penis recover. Besides that I completed 1 set of Clamping lasting 15 minutes.
I pulled my back slightly today & am taking muscle relaxants for it, but I still made sure I got my PE in.

Staying on track at the moment and hit another 1000 jelqs + 1 set of clamping today. Over the last week I am definitely noticing my flaccid looks longer & a bit thicker. Hopefully exciting times to come.
I am keeping the jelqing at 3 seconds per stroke which takes me 50 minutes to complete 1,000 Jelqs. As for now, my penis has been feeling great besides a little bit of skin irritation every now and then (normally by the time I get to the 3rd day in a row of PE).

Jelqs, jelqs & more jelqs. Did another 50 minutes of Jelqing today.. which I actually enjoy doing. I took a day off Clamping today and just did some ULI’s. I’m trying to go 1 day on 1 day off of clamping. This is because the intensity was causing poor erections for me.

29/04/18 - Day 24

Day off today to rest, as I usually either follow 3 on 1 off OR 2 on 1 off schedule.
But I mostly listen to my penis as the best guide when to take a day off. I feel my penis has gotten thicker looking at it the last few days, so finger’s crossed.
It’s always hard to tell with length gains because every time I gain in length I have gained in girth. So the fatter dick makes it look like an illusion that my dick has not grown in length.

Dude! Your story sounds awesome. Measure your girth and update us if you’ve gained! I do jelqs only and I only do about 10 minutes, one day on 2-3 days off! I’ve gained about .25” in both length and girth in about 2 months. I’m only wondering now after reading your story, does it work better to go harder like you, or to go easier like me. Splinter in my mind right now. I’m suspicious going so hard will damage my tissue to the point of no regrowth, so with my routine I feel comfortable and confident I at the very least won’t do no harm. If I hear you tell me you’ve gained more girth in the last 2-3 weeks though, I may say f’ it and give a harder routine a try.
