Wannab8's Routine

Focus is to increase length and girth proportionately. Manual stretches - 3 min progressive stretches progressing in one min intervals, "hold, dont stretch" - Marinera. Approximately 30-45 mins, 6 days/week. The longer being on non Jelq days. Jelqing - 15 sets of 10 reps 3-5 seconds in length each. (150 total 3-5 second strokes). Not many required, a lot of focus goes into these pushing them to the max with just enough applied force to push to the limit but without overdoing it. Took a lot of practice to find the sweet spot. First week Jelq every other day, Second week 2 on 1 off, then back to every other day and so on. If length gains start to pull ahead and girth is hindered I may do 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off for my heavier jelq week. If girth is doing great and length is hindered I will do two weeks back to back of Jelqing every other day. Watch PI’s and gains to determine how I proceed. Edge 15-30 mins daily except on day off. Routine is broken up throughout each day usually in the order of Jelq, Stretch, Edge (always last), with an average of 2 hours between each. Always rest on the 7th day.
