Vkn1's Routine

For three months starting early October I did jelqing and stretches. Toward the end of this I phased in very light hanging with clamping. I started clamping a little too ambitiously and developed red dots on head so decided to take couple weeks off to assure they’d be fully healed and gone (I refuse to get permanent dots on head, which is something I have heard does happen sometimes if not careful). The primary reason I moved away from manual exercises unusually early were primarily that I felt that, especially since I am uncut, it was nearly impossible for me to stretch effectively without applying a more force than a liked directly to the glans. Thus, I felt that using very low force (2.5lbs) hanging for a while as substitute would be safer and also less time consuming since I could do other things at the same time. I also wasn’t happy with jelqing for large number of smaller reasons.

Vacuum hanging has been a struggle because I am uncircumcised so I get lot of fluid buildup at frenulum without sleeve but even at 5 lbs weight the constriction sleeve migrates enough to really not protect tip at all. I am also not happy about how I have been unable to find a way to avoid having tremendous edema in some regions of glans whereas none in other regions due to reasons such as uneven constriction and the fact that posterior half, topside of glans constantly pushes on devices hard wall, so is constricted while rest of glans is not (result being that my glans comes out very enlarged in someways and not in others and I don’t want unnatural distribution of growth).

My aim, as of 1/9/07 is to find a way to hang around 5lbs for several hours a day (maybe 4 or something). I am happy with my routine of 3 sets of 10minutes clamping per day. I do not schedule time off ahead of time because I feel that the intensity of my PE is being inhibited already by other things. However, on the rare occasion where I see negative PIs I a take a day or two off.
