I started PE only about 1-2 weeks ago, and I’ve already got amazing results. I’ve only been jelqing 10 minutes a day, with kegels every chance I get and I can feel that my member is heavier, and I last so much longer. I haven’t measured yet, but I think I’ve gained some length/girth as well. Once the 24th rolls around, I’ll state my gains. Thanks, Thunder’s Place!


Starting - 1/24/15 NBPEL ~ 6 inches, EG ~ 5 inches

Current - 3/25/15 NBPEL ~ 7 inches, MSEG ~ 5.9 inches, BEG 5.2 inches

GOAL - NBPEL - 7.5 inches, PEG - 6 inches

Alright, something can’t be right. Thoughts?

I took my measurement for the end of my first month. I’m now 6.5-6.6 inches NBPEL, MSEG about 5.7 inches, and BEG is 5.3ish. I’ve gained so much in a really short time and I don’t think my measurements are right. I took all of my measurements sitting down, and standing up and they come up about the same. I’m baseball batting a bit as well, but I had that when I started. Also fixing a curve. I’m not complaining about a .5inch gain in both length and girth, but this truly is amazing. At this rate, I might raise my goal from what it is currently.

Current Routine:
Shower for Warm-up and stretches - about 10-15 minutes
Wet Jelq - 20 minutes (including me waiting for my hard-on to fade a bit)
Warm-down - 5 minutes (At the five minute mark, I apply one more hot wrap and wear it till it goes cold)

Also, I’m not taking BPEL measurements because I don’t quite see the point of measuring something I can’t use (yet).

I’m happy for you Curious Vince. I believe that gain’s can come very quickly for some people but they will slowdown after a while.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Unfortunately, I think they already have. I’m starting to do some cardio and better dieting as well, so that should boost my NBPEL a bit! Otherwise, my next official measurement is about 9 days from now. Praying for 7!

I’m kind of hoping it does! This baseball bat effect is beginning to bother me.

Alright, 2nd month of PE completed. I’ve got about the same routine as I’ve stated last month. I’ve gained another .5 inches length, and .2 inches in girth. Unfortunately, the Girth Gods did not bless the base, and only touched mid-shaft. I’ve got a 5.2inch BEG and 5.9inch MSEG. Also the curve that I’ve been trying to improve hasn’t changed much at all. I’d love to post a picture but I’m not comfortable with the idea of my member floating around on the internet. At least PE is working, so no complaints there.

Whoops, a bit late on my update. Haven’t been able to keep up with this since my life has been a bit hectic as of late. I haven’t been jelqing any more, but I have been stretching in the shower to maintain. My measurements are probably the same.

Yea same here I haven’t done any PE in two months ,I’ve actually lost some of my gains. I’m at 15.6cm now.

I can’t help but be amazed at your progress Vince, it’s truly amazing for such a short time span and I really hope I get the same results, I am one week in using a modified JP90 program from PEgym.

It looks and feels a bit heavier if you get what I mean but I am reserving measurements for the one month mark

The whole point of taking BPEL measurements is so that you can measure your gains from PE accurately. There are other factors that can affect your NBPEL such as weight loss or gain. If in 3 months you gain .5 inches from PE and you lose weight resulting in your fat pad losing .3 inches, you have still only gained .5 inches from PE. The BPEL measurement will give you a more consistent measurement of gains limited to PE.

With that being said. Congrats on the gains!!
