Starting this thread just so I am more conscious of my routine in the future.

Starting statistics
7.25” BPEL
5.3” BEG
5.15” MEG

Goal

8” BPEL
6” BEG
5.7+” MEG

Routine is going to have a focus on targeting length and girth on separate days and incorporating a significantly larger amount of resting time compared to any past routine I’ve used. Going to wait until Thursday to start, will measure every 3 months (if I can help myself)

Routine
Day 1 - Length
Warm up
Manual stretches 10-20 mins, may rotate with JAI stretches
Jelqs - starting at 150 and will work my way up appropriately
Warm down
Wrap - 30 mins

Day 2 - Girth
Warm up
Manual stretches 5-10 mins, may switch with JAI
Going to experiment with a variety of uli’s, plump bends, jelq squeezes, and horse440’s. Will be starting very very slow and carefully so as to avoid injury.
Warm down

Day 3 - Rest

Repeat until 3 weeks have passed then take a rest week

Once this cycle has happened 3-5 times take a month off

Will adjust routines depending upon yields/strain, going to try to take enough rest days so as to avoid any unnecessary overworking. Goal is to do this routine for at least 6 months and see where I’m at and then evaluate.
