UYN's Routine

First two months
1. Hot towel warm-up (4-5min)

2. Erect stretches
Stretch in 3 directions: left, straight out, and right. It is carried out as following, 3 time to the left, 3 times to straight out, 3 times to the right. A total of 9 stretches in each direction, alternating between the different directions. Do NOT hold for any amount of time, just pull and release.

3. Erect jelqing
Jelqing at an 100% erection level. Or as high as possible. Clamp the base of your penis with one hand, and jelq up and down with the other hand 15 times. 1 up, 2 down, 3 up, and so forth. Do three sets, that is 3x15. The stroke should take 2-3 seconds.

4. Wet jelqing (5-7min)
Normal wet jelqing, at an low erection level; semi erect; 40-50%.

5. Girth exercises (5-7min) :

Clamp the base of the penis with one hand, and jelq with the other.
Erect squeezes
Erect sqeezes w kegel
Same as normal erect squeezes, but while squeezing kegel, and hold it for 2 seconds.
The exercises are alternated between every time the routine is done. For example first day on=ex 1, 2nd day=ex 2, 3 day= off, 4th day=ex 3, 5th day=ex 1 and so forth.

6. Warm down (2-3min).
I usually try to incorporate a warm-down, but I must admit that I have on several occasions not been bothered to do so.

After the first 2 months my EQ was was very high, and so I decided to include more stretching into my routine. I do flaccid stretches and hold them for 30 seconds in every direction( up, down, straight out, left, right). I do 2 sets of this, and do one more extra set ONLY for the up, and right directions (since my penis has an downward curve, and bends to the left).

I also hold the erect stretches for 30 seconds, instead of immediately letting go.
