Hey all! I’ve been around the forums for about 6 years now and have practiced PE on and off for some time now. Somehow I always lose interest and let my gains slowly slip away. I lost about 1/4 of my 1/2 of gains from my last round of PE and I am vowing to not let that happen again. I work too hard for each of those fractions of an inch to let them slip away. So, in addition to using Subliminal PE that I just recently read about, I wanted to start a progress report so I have a way to better track my progress and hold myself accountable.

My best gains came when using the linear routine, and modifying after three months to include short pumping sessions and squeezes. I am going to follow that same routing again this time around. I like the linear routine because it allows your newbie gains to happen gradually without added stress allowing you to use that greater stress later when you actual need it to get those harder gains (or so I would assume). I’m currently on my 6th workout on a 3 on / 1 off schedule. I plan to keep this schedule until I begin to fatigue and switch to a 2 on / 1 off schedule.

As the Linear routine suggests I started off with 20 Jelqs / day. I know this doesn’t sound like much, and its not, but I’ve already experience increased vascularity and my libido is definitely up. Every 3rd workout I increase 5 Jelqs. I Just finished my 6th workout so I am at 25 jelqs. While these workouts are short, I use the shower as my warm up/down. Its brilliant and allows for easy clean up.

Tomorrow is a rest day so I will resume Sunday with 30 Jelqs. After one month of Jelqs I will begin to add directional stretches to my routine. I am trying really hard to take my time and slowly condition my penis. I’m going to add more stretches as I see fit with no real timeline. I’m of the group that believes a light soreness in the ligs is a good thing (but should never be painful, if that makes sense). When my soreness begins to diminish I know that my ligs and penis are ready to be pushed a little more and I will add more stretches.

I have also become very intrigued in the world of cock rings and their potential to allow you to better heal in the elongated state. I hope to be able to update you all on that process and the best rings that work for me. I’m currently using a “Vibrating Johnny” from Condom Depot. I didn’t realize I was getting a few of these when I ordered my condoms the other day, but its not great and I hope to experiment with some home made devices as well. I’m still trying to figure out optimal times and location as well. Like I said, I’ll try to keep that experiment updated.

At 3 months I will begin to spice up my routine with my pump again. My tube is just a little too wide for my girth, so I would like to add at least .1 inches to that before I start pumping. It may have to wait until some of my squeezes take effect before it happens.

My starting stats are BPEL 5 5/8” MSEG 4.5 ” (the girth measurement may be a little off… I always have trouble measuring it for some reason…). My initial Goal is to get my BPEL to 6” and MSEG to 4.75”. I will then set additional goals. I assume that my length goal will come well before my girth.

I hope to update you all at least at the end of every workout cycle whether it be 3 days or 2, However I hope to be around more often that than. Thanks everyone for your support, looking forward to gaining again with all of you.

Hey guys. Having a heck of a time since my last update. I had a big move, started a new job and then went out of town for 2 days for a business trip right off the bat. Needless to say, my PE has suffered! I’m going to repeat my last set of jelqs the next three days to get back on track!

Finally got a short workout in! I just did 25 Jelqs to try to get back in the swing of things. I need to go out and buy some more lube, used the last of mine today. I also started to take L-Arginine again to try to increase circulation. Not much else to report today!

New Job has been killer! I haven’t been able to focus on anything other than work for the past 2 months. Things are starting to settle down and I have a little more free time. I got a few jelqs in last night, and going to start back up again! Who know being on call 24/7 and living with your work would be so stressful ;].

Last evening, I converted a tetra whisper aquarium pump to a cheap electric pump that I can use from 6 psi down to almost nothing. It is a pretty nifty design. It gives me something to look forward to. I tested it out a 3 psi for 5 minutes and it is very freeing compared to normal pumping. I’m not conditioned so I’m going to hold out on using it very often until I get some more conditioning under my belt.

So I can’t help myself. The new vacuum pump that I just converted is simply amazing. I used the pump for only 5 minutes at 3.5 PSI when I woke and and before I went to bed. The vibrations from the electric pump feel amazing and keep my engaged (and engorged) throughout the whole session. To boot, I woke up with a raging hard-on this morning. I usually wake up with a little wood, but this baby was a whole different animal. I’m going to keep my pumping to a minimum amount of time and pressure but so far I see no negative effects on my EQ or PIs. I have a major amount of lube coming in the mail soon (I live in the boonies, so I tend to order everything offline to avoid the horrendous drive into town) so my wet Jelqs will be starting tomorrow!

I completed my first Jelqing session with my new lube and it wasn’t great so I’m not even going to count it as a workout. It’s a water based and it dries out very quickly. I’m used to using petroluem jelly which is not the most pleasant thing to clean up but it lasts pretty much forever. Also, the lube is VERY slick while it works. A little too slick as my nuts tended to suck into my tube at only 3.5 PSI during my 5 minute post jelq pump. My tube is a little too big, but I’ve never had that issue before using coconut oil or petroleum jelly.

Today I went back to using Coconut oil as a lube and it worked considerably better. I feel like I have a lot of skin on my dick which makes jelqing pretty difficult. Whenever I apply any pressure, i tend to pull my skin up my shaft until I get half was up when it tightens up and begins to slide. This is why I tend to use Vaseline because it provides a thicker, slicker, medium to slide my OK grip up my shaft. I’m unsure if anyone else has run into this issue. I’m assuming this has come from dry masturbation for years and years?

Anyways, as the linear routine begins there isnt a lot of work going on yet….

I always hate rest days! I just love doing PE. especially with the new hands free pumping system…. Tomorrow should be interesting squeezing my night routine (as well as the rest of the weekend) in as my Girlfriend is here for the weekend. I don’t want to let her in on the secret until I’ve made some gains so she can’t say I’m being silly ;) .

My dick has not been too been plump per say, but if feels more dense if that makes sense. Not like a hard flaccid, but just more there maybe? I won’t measure for at least a month, so it will be hard to say at the moment. I really enjoy taking things low and slow, it gives me things to look forward to in improving my workout and I have almost 0 worries of any injury. I think that’s a positive sign.

Tomorrow is my rest day — I have a slight ache behind my penis. I’m assuming it is the pull from the pump on this area, but I’m unsure. I’m not really worried about it because it is so slight. On Tuesday i will increase my Jelqs to 30 and remain steady on my pump times. I’m 8 days into the routine and going strong. Can’t wait for a month of this section of the routine to end so I can begin sprinkling in some directional stretching and do a 1 month measure!

Day one of the next 3 day cycle. I tested the vacuum on my pump and realized at some point i must of jostled the adjustment and I’ve been pumping at around 2psi… So I readjusted the valved to 3.5 and holy crap is it a bigger pull! It was on the edge of hurting, but I came out pink and veiny after 10 minutes so I will call it a success. I will be more diligent about checking the pressure on my pump at least once a 3 day cycle. But I know how 3.5 PSI actually feels in comparison so I should be better able to judge. I need to work on NOT masturbating after a session. When I am massaging to ensure good circulation after a pump I end up hitting the right places and before I know it it is like Pompeii exploding. My next 2 days I am vowing not to masturbate!

My L-arginine has finally started to kick in, and my whole body is coming much more vascular. My unit looks like an angry, crazy veiny beast when it comes out of the tube. Pretty sweet!

I’m finding harder and harder to find the motivation to do my PE. I’m having some issues with my SO and it is leaving me pretty depressed, leaving me lacking motivation to do anything much less an involved, stealthy PE exercise. I managed to work up to it this morning. Hopefully I can get the motivation again tonight…
