Worked things out last night and I fell alot better about life


BPEL - 5 5/8" --- Goal 6"

MSEG - 4.5 " ---- Goal 4.75 "

I did an experiment today. I felt like a 2 a day routine was a little too much time out of my schedule, since it requires waking up early and going to bed late. I decided to roll it all into one and see what happened.

PM
10 minute pump @ 3.5psi (tested before workout)
30 Jelqs
10 minute pump @ 3.5psi

My junk came out pretty bright red and veiny. the only poofiness I saw was on the front of my head around the urethra which went away after about 30 seconds of massaging. No other puffiness, pretty rock hard coming out. If I have no ill effects, I will stick with this routine and add an AM workout when things progress a little more!

Ended up with minor swelling and donought effect. I’m just gonna do the standard newbie routine. It’s tried and tested!

After taking a few days after I pumped my penis into misery, I decided to stop being a hero and go back to basics. I did substitute dry jelqs for wet jelqs. While i know these are much more intense, I feel like they work better for me, and I cut the number way down to avoid any risk of injury.
